We picked this location because it was right across the street from the airport. The hotel was clean and the staff was very kind. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The only drawback was that there was no one at the desk in the morning to give me info about the shuttle. I eventually drove my car to the airport and saw the shuttle coming back as I was leaving.

Very close to airport, convenient if you rent a car and most of your stay travel around (and as long as you're OK with the noise of planes taking off). The sofa was completely squashed and smelled very strongly. Otherwise everything is very decent. Quite good breakfast.

There are not enough outlets in the rooms. The outlets that are part of the table lamps do not work. The haridryer did not work. There was no hand washing soap in the bathroom.

Traveled to Rochester for the solar eclipse in April 2023. Booked a large room with 2 beds and a pull out sofa for 2 adults and 4 kids. When we arrived we opened the door and were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke that made our eyes water. In addition there wasn't a couch in the room. We went back to the front desk and were told that Expedia made the mistake as they don't offer that combination, despite me saying my booking was for 6. I was told to contact Expedia. After close to an hour, the remedy was to put a roll out bed in the room. The person at the front desk agreed that the room smelled like smoke and propped the door open and the window and told us to put our luggage back in the car as we went out to dinner. When we got back, the smell had improved, but was still there. Also, they asked me to pay $20 in cash, for the extra person. Shady, but knowing most places were sold out from looking online for 4x the price, I paid. 2 days later as we were packing to go home, my wife grabbed what she thought was one of my kids hair ties from under the bed. It was a open condom. My kids got a life lesson on the birds and the bees, I got a great story, and this dump gets a terrible review.

you have so many places to stay and choose . so many options as well Thank you for staying with us. If you had problem with the room you should have checked out we would have refunded 100%. We know you are upset with the price. But its your choice to pay.

While I was overall happy with my stay at this Best Western, there were several items to mention. I wanted hot water for tea and the hot water was not available. The staff did deliver water to my room. Also, I feel that bottled water should be available if needed. I had to request one bottle of water. I am seeing now that I was charged twice for my room. While they have reversed the charge, this should not have happened in the first place. Delia

Only stayed a night. Upon arriving nobody was at the front desk. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to get back from shuttling people back from the airport. I told him I had a reservation and he checked me in. Upon getting to my room I noticed I was charged another $85 for a one night “deposit”. I had already prepaid for my room which totaled $63.56. After leaving the next morning I never got back my deposit. A week and a half has now gone by and still no deposit back? The room was alright, nothing special, but was clean and worked for a short overnight.

Thank you for staying with us. We did not charge any deposit. We did authorize your card for deposit but the room was good and we released your deposit. If its a debit card you have to wait for 10-15 business days.

The staff was nice. When I got to my room I found an unflushed toilet and the shower/bathroom didn't feel clean. There was mold behind the wallpaper that is pealing up near the bath tub.

The bedrooms smell so bad! The bathroom was filthy. Hair in the tub from the previous person. Was expecting so much more from a best western but never again! The property needs to be updated. Rooms as well. Too much light comes in through the curtains at night, when they are closed. Heat wasn’t working the 1st night. They did switch us rooms. But 2nd room smelled just as bad.
