“Will stay there again”
Had to go to Rochester for a Family emergency, and this Hotel was located about 10 minutes from the Hospital, it was easy to get directions from the Hotel staff, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was a weight room, computer room, and they had a breakfast area that opened at 6:30 in the morning.

“Good value fo the money concidering the competetion”
Went down for my daughter's soccer tournament. eservations were as booked on line. No issues. Room was confortable, Fridge and microwave were good to have. price was resonable, best I could find concidering how much the Holiday Inn and Marriots were charging. Faily central location to everything. Hotel forgot to clean our room and bring new towels on ou second night. We would go back if in the area again.
“Suprised”
Upon initial arrive to the hotel, I was under the impression that it was not the most upkept hotel. There is also an excessive amount of local people congregating in or near the front lobby that prevented easy and safe travel through the front of the hotel. Once in the room, though, I felt it was a very nice room very comfortable, and there are quite a few good resturaunts close by, including the same parking area.

The hotel is facing a shoping center, yet no noises at all.
“Clean, practical, short stay business hotel”
I normally stay @ one of the Marriots in Rochester, but the Ladies PGA Tournament forced me to stay elsewhere for 2 nights. This hotel was a pleasant (& cheaper) substitute. Clean, good sized room with very comfortable beds, a big ironing board, good shower, plus free wifi - ticking all my main boxes for a business stay. No signs of luxury here, but even the self service breakfast was convenient & had everything I needed. The staff were pleasant & I'd happily use this hotel again as a good 3 star location.
