“A great stay”

“Great visit!!!!! Highly recommended”

We were there on business and loved it. It was close to the highway and toll road. The staff was wonderful with the exception of one of the front desk gentlemen that had a bit of attitude the last day of our three nights there. Overall though everyone was great and helpful. We had them shuttle us to and fron the airport which was very convienent. Beds were so soft it felt like sleeping in a cloud. The furnishings were updated and very clean. One business plus was the business center we used to print a few items. I was glad that they did not charge for this. Overall A+++++.

“Nice Place to Rest After a Long We in NYC”

This was a nice place. Good breakfast. Clean pool. Hot Tub. Roomy bathroom. The only suggestion I'd have is not to get a room near one of the entrances. When people were leaving all we could hear was the door slamming. It woke us up early when we wanted to sleep in. Other than that it was fine.

“We've become a Country Inn and Suites family!”

Everything was just perfect. The front desk staff, especially Johnny and Steve, went over and above the call of duty. If I had a criticism at all, it wouldn't be with the hotel but with the address of the hotel found on Expedia. There is also a Country Inn and Suites on EAST Henrietta Road, which we did not know. My husband made a reservation (pre-paid) for our son thinking it was the West Henrietta. They wouldn't/couldn't change the reservation to West Henrietta, so we were out the cost of a room for 3 nights--financially tough for clergy who were paying for their daughter's wedding. I have no complaints about our hotel stay or its staff though. They were absolutely super!
