Worth $48 a night.Posted Nov 30, 2013
This was actually the second time I stayed here. I'd recommend this hotel because of the price. If you are used to staying at higher end places then maybe this hotel is not for you. It was very quiet over thanksgiving weekend. Even with the cool country western bar in the motel. The breakfast is served there and that too was nice. The staff were very friendly. The halls had a strong odor. Not a bad smell but strong deodorizing smell. Our room was ok except for the dirty underwear that were left on the bathroom door when we checked in. The beds were comfortable but there were some cigarette burns on the blankets. It's an older motel/hotel but as I said you get what you pay for. I'd stay there again.

Not bad for the pricePosted Nov 28, 2013
Pros: The room was clean with no smell, TV was new. Some of the staff were friendly at the front desk.
Cons: Noise, noise, noise. I experienced people coming and going at 12-3am in the morning that were anything but quiet. Was woken several times by it.
Location: Subway, Burger King nearby
I spent 2 weeks at the Motel Six, The room was clean with no smell, TV was new. You can hear people in the hallways, which caused quite a lot of disturbances, room service was mildly loud - guests were often very loud in the hallways and i could hear it all with the door closed.

Cheap and ConvenientPosted Nov 24, 2013
Pros: The price was cheap for extended stays
Cons: The wireless internet
Location: Attached to the Days Inn is a bar and grille called Nashvilles. I never got the chance to actually make a stop in there but every night looked busy.
I stayed there for about a week while there on business and was relatively pleased with my stay. They room was clean and breakfast was always served right on time. The only problem I really had was with their wireless internet. There were a ton of wireless access points, all in which only a couple actually connected and worked (when I say "worked", I mean, "Connect for 2 seconds"). I would recommend this place again as it was the cheapest out of the handful of options within that area.

Excellent price, excellent location. Nearly anything you could want is less than a mile away. Interstate 90 and 390 access is about 2.5 miles away. My wife and I are from Binghamton, NY and we were up here to see her surgeons at Strong Memorial Hospital which was about a 15 minute drive from here. Clean , friendly staff, good choice for a great price.

Never againPosted Nov 18, 2013
Pros: Fix the bathroom, replace the remote control. Serve fruit and yogurt at breakfast.
Location: RIT is roughly 10 minutes away.
Water was puddled on the bathroom for upon our arrival, likely due to the leaky toilet. The bathroom door was difficult to open but fortunately dense enough to block the sound of the toilet refilling again and again due to the leak. The remote control buttons took a lot of pressure to operate.

one night stayPosted Nov 4, 2013
Pros: It was close to the location that I was in Rochester for
Cons: clean the air in the room, non smoking smelled like smoke, clean the tiles in the shower, its unsanitary
I needed a room for one night while in Rochester. I booked on line and got a reasonable rate. the room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. there was a cigarette butt on the carpet in the room. I am a non smoker. there was only a shower in the bathroom, no tub, and the tiles on the floor of the shower were full of mold and mildew. Thank goodness I didn't need to shower!!

Bring Cleaning Supplies with youPosted Nov 4, 2013
Pros: Nothing at all...the lady who took care of the breakfast area was the only nice thing.
Cons: Get a new cleaning crew and shampoo the carpets
Location: Rochester, NY....convenient to a lot of things. Only went over to the college campus.
I am not a fussy person when travelling...however I had to buy cleaning supplies as the dust was everywhere and the bathroom was disgusting. I told management and no one came up. After cleaning the room thoroughly the cleaning people wanted to clean the room. I told them I cleaned it since they don't know how to clean properly. The light switches had caked on dirt as well. If there were a hotel that had an opening I would have switched but college homecoming they were packed all over. The manager apologized and never even offered a free night stay. Do not stay here unless you want to stay in filth. I have never complained about any hotel but this one I could not let go without giving warning.

Pros: It was close to our activities
Cons: Clean it up and do some badly needed repairs
Location: Was there for a family wedding, so spent time with them
Door leading onto our wing didn't lock so anyone could walk in. The safety lock on our room door was broken so we didn't feel safe, and the door didn't shut tightly unless we pushed hard. There was bands playing 2 nights so we didn't have parking by our room and the noise kept us up until 2-3 am. Those people wew not spraying guests and hung out by the doors smoking which when my wife was let off at the door, she wasn't comfortable going to our room alone whole I looked for a parking place. Will never use that brand of hotels again, and we were therefor a family wedding. Very disappointing
