Pricey, but it's very nice.

They even give you a free cookie when you check in! The hotel was expensive, as most Hilton related ones seem to be, but it's very clean and nice, I'd definitely recommend, mostly for the cookie.

Great place to stay!

This is a really nice place to stay . The hotel itself seems pretty new with a nice modern decor. The staff is very very attentive and really does a super job of accommodating all your requests. And as I stayed on the executive floor I enjoyed the breakfast, the happy hour, and the nightly milk and cookies. I can't say a bad thing about this place.

Nice, clean hotel convenient to Mayo, shops, and restaurants. Starbucks in the hotel is added bonus.

Not Quite What I Was Expecting

Posted Sep 30, 2014
Pros: Furnishing were nice. Pescara was excellent.
Cons: Paint peeling on the ceiling above the shower. No exhaust fan. Room air conditioner noisy.
Location: Ease of access to Mayo Clinic.
As one of the top-rated hotels in Rochester, I expected more...

Near awesome bike trail system, restaurants &Mayo

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Location great, rooms and bed were comfortable
Cons: Coffee station in lobby. Hotel staff more friendly.
Location: Right near Mayo clinic & downtown with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Bike trail system is awesome and only a few blocks away to Zumbro River.
Hotel desk staff...the gentleman that checked us in was rather aloof. He got the job done, but did not go out of his way to make us feel welcome and make us feel glad we chose this place. We were there the 4th of July and it was totally dead. There were 4 staff members hovering around the desk twiddling their thumbs. You could have shot a cannon through the main lobby. We saw about a half dozen cars in the parking ramp, so it felt strange being put in a room way up on the 7th floor, but it was quiet and our room was very nice. Clean, towels, shampoo and the usual were provided as expected. The rooms were normal in size and our bed was very comfortable. The location was great, by the Mayo Clinic, downtown and the river. Unfortunately, this hotel does not serve any kind of breakfast and coffee is available for purchase at Starbuck's nearby, however, all of the Starbucks were closed on the 4th. The coffee in the room was not very good, so I was disappointed we had to go to the Apache Mall for a decent cup of coffee. Dunkin Donuts was the only place in downtown to get coffee to go nearby and there were about 20 people lined up for it. I wasn't willing to wait that long for a cup of coffee. I would suggest a fresh coffee station in the lobby.

Pros: Location and staff super friendly
Cons: Nothing I saw
Location: In the heart of rochester many great restaurants nearby.
We stayed the night before the Med City marathon. Hotel is ideally located at the finish line easy to get back to after the race. Super relaxing quiet the night before always a great stay.
