You can definitely tell they added a fresh coat of paint to walls, and tried to make updates. Its not a bad spot for the cost, i mean i won't lie, i thought for i paid i was going find a ran down completely outdated hotel with possible bed bugs! But to my surprise, checking has be digitalis, room was clean (although after a hot shower n the steam gets out into the room it brings out the smells of whatever the previous long stay guest cooked in the room), and the bed was comfortable! I did try to check in twice and there was no clerk, also upon checking out there was no one there as well. But overall for the price, and lack of a pool/hot tub and good breakfast, it was a good stay and when my funds are low again i would definitely stay here.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was good and parking is free. The room is comfortable for two people and has a very nice kitchenette with clean counters and clean inside of the refrigerator. The Grab and Go Breakfast had coffee, oatmeal, muffins and granola bars and was freshly stocked each morning and the area was clean. There was a nice laundry area should you need one. They take cleaning seriously.

The room is clean and very comfortable. They didn’t stock the kitchen with eating utensils and I had to call the front desk to have them delivered. The receptionist didn’t seem to keen on doing that. I am a disabled man and I’m sorry but I cannot run up and down hallways to get what I need.

It was the 1st and the last time.
I arrived before midnight and found that they gave my room to someone else but he was still in the lobby. And they did gave me my room back. The hotel is smelly and the pillows are not comfortable. I don't recommend it to anyone.

We arrived early and the person behind the desk, Kathleen, was wonderful. She helped us out a lot, and was very understanding and accommodating. The hotel was situated right near my brother's assisted living facility - I could walk there. It was convenient and well kept, clean, welcoming.

I could hear my neighbor talking on the phone from 9 pm until sometime after 4 am. I could hear every word he said - I think it was coming through the ducts because I can't imagine how else I'd hear that in a corner unit.

I enjoyed my Extended Stay North accommodations. The staff was friendly and enjoyed talking with all of them. My room was clean and neat. The hallways and stairways were clean. The bed and furniture was comfortable to suit me. I appreciate the refrigerator, counter and sink, so handy. Included in a regular room. I gave the amenities a neutral as it is COVID and not the motels choice that there are none.

Outdated rooms, weird musty smell upon entry, water leaking in elevator, cold breeze constantly coming from heat/ac unit, very hard bed, thin bedding with no extra blanket. I'll try a different hotel on my next stay in Rochester.

Okay accommodations but extremely rude staff!
When you travel with dogs you know your options will be limited and you won’t always find higher end lodging which we accept. This location was just average. The room was okay but could use a deep clean and a better mattress. My biggest complaint with the hotel is their staff. Kathleen checked us in and she was downright rude. I don’t know that I’ve ever encountered such rudeness in Minnesota. She also didn’t verify my identity by asking big for an ID or asking to see the credit card that was used to secure the reservation online. When our keys didn’t work, my fiancé went to the front desk and was immediately given new keys with no questions asked. How did she even know he was with me as he didn’t check in with me! Safety is definitely not a priority here!

Horrible smell in the lobby. Bathroom sink had mold and the recliner was broken and they couldn’t fix or replace it. We’ve been going there for 10 years, but we won’t be back.
