We had a comfortable stay. There was a minor issue with our tv and we were quickly moved to a new room. The staff was responsive and courteous. Pool was warm and in good repair. Breakfast provided more options than we expected and food was good quality. We would stay again on future trips

Hotel room was not cleans or if cleans it was so poorly done that I had to clean it my self. There was a urine spots on the rim and a seat. Hair all over the bathroom. Sink not washed at all. Etc. real disappointment.

There were tampons in the pool area (not used. But still). They are under construction but the floors were so dirty. Thank you. When my family left they said goodbye to the desk person who didn’t even acknowledge them. Someone knocked on the door at 10a and asked if we were in there even though check out wasn’t till noon.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet. Location was convenient. Bed was comfortable BUT the room needed a good vacuum, the shower didn’t drain properly and the bathroom could definitely have been cleaner.

The property has continued to go down hill and is in need of updating. TV didn’t work, neighbors were having a party until midnight and front desk took no action and room service wasn’t provided during out stay. Some hotels are still using COVID “precautions “ to cut services, lay off staff yet raise rates

Hardly could ever find a staff member at the desk and if you did, they weren’t pleasant at all. Hair and soap scum on the shower wall that had not been cleaned. Super out of date and doesn’t look clean. Not sure what the disconnect was with my room but i stayed 3 nights and literally every single time i left my room and came back, neither of my key cards would work. I had to go all the way back down to the desk and have them reprogrammed every single time, with zero explanation. Breakfast wasn’t bad, bed was comfortable enough. Overall definitely wouldn’t recommend.

When we arrived we were told there was no room for us as they had had a water pipe break & the 3rd floor was shut down. Then one clerk told us Expedia was notified 2 days prior & Expedia should have found us another accommodation. The other clerk said the leak happened that day. I called Expedia they didn’t know anything about it & they tried to help find us a room with 2 double beds, none to be found. Fairfield found us a room at the airport another Fairfield. We arrived to find 1queen bed room available. The clerk at that hotel was very apologetic & empathetic to our experience. In the morning as we were getting ready to attend an event we go out to leave we find the sheriff’s department & fire truck blocking our car because they were there to investigate a gas leak which they found & fixed. Thank goodness! The firemen did move the truck for us & we made the event on time. There was confusion about paying for the room -I had already paid via Expedia. The hotel was clean and not too out of the way just 12 hours of what’s going on here?

There was a good variety of food available for breakfast. I've never seen so many dairy-free milk alternatives outside of a supermarket. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the breakfast area, as they served hard-boiled eggs, but that's not a deal breaker. There was also a mini-convenience store, if you don't have transportation available. The staff was friendly and allowed us to use paper plates and "silverware" for food prepared in our room. The room was clean and neat.

I suspect that the hotel was understaffed. We arrived to our room to see the door propped open with a hanger. Garbage in bathroom was not taken out. Probably rushed to turn around the room. When we turned on heater in room it smelled like burning dust or hair. Couldn’t use it to warm the room. Check in person was lovely and the complementary bottle of water was nice.

We shoulders up late at night to be told we didn’t have a room. The man at the desk was very nice and apologetic and did call a manager and a room “was found “. We go to the room which was clearly never cleaned. Sheets were dirty. I had to get clean sheets and the desk and make the beds and clean bedside table which was visibly dirty!!

The update it needs to be updated. No USB ports anywhere to be plugged into. The breakfast area is too crowded with tables making it very difficult to move around. I had no cups for my coffee machine while I have a coffee machine. Was not happy at all with the place.

Location was clean. Beds were comfortable. The check in was fast efficient and friendly. The food at the breakfast was great. both pork and turkey sausages. They even had alternative milks for those of us who cannot consume dairy. That was a welcome and rare touch.

We booked the Fairfield Henrietta but when we tried to check in we were told they moved us to the airport. We didn’t receive any notice and the front desk clerk blamed Expedia (but they were never informed). The front desk clerk was rude and refused to let me use a phone to call Expedia. He said the amenities were the exact same so I shouldn’t complain. When we finally got to the Fairfield Airport, we found out there was no pool and the beds were double (not Queen like we booked). I called Expedia and they did their best to make it better but at that point all other hotels in the area were full. The Fairfield Airport location was mediocre at best. The room had a constant dripping sound from some sort of fan/exhaust and the cleaners did the bare minimum (there was a water bottle lid on the floor and a washcloth in the corner behind the chair). Overall, a really poor experience with Fairfield.
