Was woken up at mid-night by neighbors. Called the front desk and was told they would address it; noise continued for over a hour; called front desk and they said they can’t do anything with the noise, but they would change our room. We were also told because of the inconvenience we would get a full refund. Told the person at the front desk in the morning about the refund and they said they could not do anything about it. Called to speak to a manager and was unable to do so. Avoid the location; there are so many other places at better prices and better service for sure.

We love Hampton Inns... but this one had several issues. 1. Mold in bathroom 2. No shower soap in dispenser 3. Extremely low water pressure for shower and sink. 4. VERY noisy A/C We'd only give this a 7 out of 10 for Hampton

Great location with many restaurants such as Starbucks, Long Horn, Five Guys, Outback, Olive Garden literally 3 minutes away (drive). Rooms look newly refurbished not too long ago and overall clean and quite spacious. Loved that toiletries were provided. Pool was decent size and water was quite warm. Loved the hot breakfast: make your own waffles with chocolate chips, sprinkles, whipped cream, chocolate and caramel sauces. Cereal, oatmeal, muffins, danish, toast, bagel, scrambled eggs, sausage, and fruit. All day coffee and tea bags, hot water.

Torie at the front desk helped us so much checking in. Loved her. The restaurant for breakfast was clean and fresh. The room was clean and quiet. My matress had an issue, it tilted to one side ,but other than that my stay was great.

Made this reservation as a treat for our february break specifically because they had a pool and it was close to home. Unfortunatly the pool was closed for maintenance until half hour before check out, the staff was really nice about letting us stay a little after check out to enjoy the pool but still feel dissapointed about the turn of events. The room was nice and clean but the heater made lots of noise throughout the night.

I loved that it was close to where i needed to go. I didn't like the driveway where you turn from the road to go onto the property. Many big potholes.

The so called manager cancelled my payment, added $150 & wanted payment for the new amount. My card declined because I don't get the refund for 5 days. We had to leave the room and miss out on New Years plans. I was treated poorly, disrespected. Also, the room was dirty and the fridge had visible dirt and was sticky. She should be fired!

Looks like there was very limited staff working. On our arrival we took the kids swimming and the pool water was green. I mentioned it to the front desk person and the next day it was closed. We wanted more towels on the second day of our stay but there was No front desk person for a long time (there was a sign saying they would be right back). The room was clean and good. Hallways and elevators smelled like marijuana on multiple occasions. Breakfast was good and the breakfast lady was very nice. She put cartoons on for our kids and ensured we had everything we need. Location was good (shopping area nearby). 12 minutes to downtown Rochester.

A friend and I stayed at this hotel as I was having surgery early in the morning on a Tuesday so we stayed Monday night and the night after surgery. Monday night was fine. We left early in the morning to go to Highland hospital, anticipating after surgery to return to a refreshed room with fresh washcloths and towels. Well when we did return the bed was unmade and the dirty towels and washcloths still lying on the floor in the bathroom. The next morning we called for clean towels and washcloths we were told to come get them ourselves. The front desk clerk apparently preferred to be on her cellphone. My family and I have stayed at Hampton Inn for years. This time extremely disappointing.

Cannot possibly recommend staying here. Although the hotel itself is very clean, our room wasn’t. The sheets were dirty and covered with dog hair when we checked in and there were no backup sheet sets available. Housekeeping searched for an hour before we finally had to take them from another room. The pool, which is a major attraction when you are traveling with kids, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks - it’s a five foot pool and you cannot see the bottom the water is so dingy.

Walking up to the entrance there was wet cardboard by the front door. Lobby did not smell clean, pool was closed and we were not notified ahead of time. The person working the desk didnt make any effort to help us get a room at a diffent Hampton Inn, didnt offer any other accommodations or alternatives. Clealry didnt care. They cancled our reservations for free but I was not able to get a refund for 24hrs up to 7 days. I'll never stay at a Hampton Inn again.
