Worth the distance!

Pros: It had a laundry facility and a hot breakfast.
Cons: The bed was a little too firm for me.
Location: We visited Palmyra, NY and the historical sites there and also we drove to the shores of Lake Ontario and took a stroll onto a pier 5 minutes away.
We were on a road trip to visit historical church sites in Palmyra, Utah. This hotel was 30 minutes away. The scenery was beautiful! We were very pleased with our accommodations and staff. We were looking forward to using the laundry facilities and disappointed that there was only one washer and dryer for the hotel. Luckily, it didn't seem to be in demand, but here are a few tips if you need them: Bring a roll a quarters as it costs $1.50 a load to wash and the same to dry. Ask for a second floor room as that is where the laundry room is and will save you a few times of running the stairs - unless you want/need the exercise! There is complimentary laundry soap at the front desk which was very nice. Each load took about 30 minutes. The breakfast had warm and cold offerings which fit our needs perfectly for the different days we were there. We didn't mind the extra miles and were very pleased with our stay!

There is nothing bad to say about this hotel. Excellent staff, spotless room and many extras. If I find myself in Upstate NY again, I'll be staying at the Hampton Inn, Webster, NY. Thank You!

Arrived late and had pleasant check-in. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was satisfactory. Room was set up with work space and power points to charge personal equipment. Good overall experience.
