“I'd stay there again”

Very nice place and very clean. Easy, close entrances to my room were great. The room was also very quiet...always a plus!

“An excellent place to stay”

I stayed over Christmas while visiting my mother who is in a nursing home. The hotel was excellent. All of the service was "ready to go." I had a very quiet room away from the indoor pool (as requested) and this made a nice and restful respite for me after during my visit.

“If they resolve the problem with my bill, I will definately go back!”

We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel staff were very accommodating about an early check-in and late departure, which we very much appreciated as an enhancement of our stay. The staff and people at the front desk at this hotel were exteremely friendly, professional and helpful... As good or better than any of the many fine hotels I've stayed in for business trips around the country. We enjoyed our stay very much. We did have a minor problem with our bathroom door lock that couldn't be fixed right away and the hotel compensated us with a free breakfast for the 3 people staying in the room, which we neither asked for or expected, but nonetheless appreciated. My only complaint is that we were erroneously charged a large fee for viewing an adult movie which we did not watch or order. I asked for this to be removed from our bill, but to date no one at the hotel has taken action to resolve the situation. I left 2 messages for the Manager and have not been called back. This was a very disappointing end to an otherwise enjoyable stay!

“noisy”

It is a very nice hotel, we were sorry we didn't get a room in the pool area after seeing it but who knew? But the construction seemed lacking with regard to sound proofing. Unfortunately there was a wedding and a school reunion going on and we heard everything from people in the hall to the TV in the room next to us. Fortunatly, I had ear plugs because sleep would have been difficult at best without them.
