“Met Expectations”

This met my needs perfectly for a quick business trip. It was extremely convenient to the airport. The room was clean, spacious and the beds were very nice. The bathroom tub and fixtures needed a little updating. But met expectations.

“Convenient location, excellent service”

I needed a hotel near the airport. This one was very easy to get to and had very helpful, friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. Room service was prompt, courteous and the food was good. Even though my flight arrived late at night, the kitchen was still open. There was no air traffic noise that I heard and the business center was adequate. I would stay there again.

“Cleaning was spotty”

Overall the hotel was comfortable. The only complaint (it's kind of a big one) was that the bathroom shower and floor were not clean. There was a large clump of hair stuck to the shower floor. I had to run water for a long time to clean it. I to,d the front desk the shower needed a good cleaning, they said they'd take care of it. However, the next day whebpn we returned to the room, it was obvious the shower still hadn't been scrubbed. :(

“not impressed”

After checking in the keys didn't work in the door. Went back to lobby which you have to drive to, to get new keys. After entering room, room was not clean. Called desk, she said it would be ten minutes for a new room. Twenty minutes later new keys for another room.

“Good value for the low price”

Only drawback was the wedding party staying right next to us in 10 rooms or so. We were traveling with a baby and a 7 year old, so the Friday night was pretty much without sleep as the wedding party was drinking, yelling, and slamming doors all night long. We didn't complain as we knew it was fruitless. Beds were very comfortable; we had hot water all three mornings; security was great; pool was wonderful. Staff was nice. We got a bargain and it was fine.

“Will stay here again next time we visit Rochester”

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to all major highways and not far from main attractions. My children, 8 and 3, loved the room, pool, and hot tub. they did not want to leave and have talked about it several times since our return. My husband was very happy with the wireless internet connections in all the rooms. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Area recommendations

Pittsford was not far from the hotel. The cheesecake Factory was a great place to eat for adults and kids.. i would recommend that restaurant. It was also close to malls, movies, and bowling alleys.

“Nicce Holiday Inn”

Nice Holiday inn. Staff was great. My only complaint was that the hosipality suite was not opened when I arrived. Several of us were waiting for the room to be opened. It was suppose to open @4:30pm and it was 5:30 before they opened the door.

“greatest pool in rochester and room service for excellent food”

Clean room and excellent room service. Great pool ,whillpool, and exercise room. I recommend staying there. I will next time.

“Clean and Comfortable, Great Location”

I stayed one night in this hotel in a short visit to Rochester. It is located right outside of the airport, very easy to find. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.
