“Nice Stay”

Only bad experience was the rude desk clerk -- if she worked for me she would be out of a job. We came in at 0730 and she wasn't happy to see us for check in. Just not a pleasant person.

“Pleasant stay”

The beds were firm, but very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the staff was pleasant. We were there for a visit to Mayo, and the proximity was close enough that we could walk to our appointments. Overall a nice stay. I would recommend.

“Convenient hotel for guests going to Mayo clinic.”

Front desk clerk was very friendly. A little confusing to find the lobby - especially from the parking ramp. The hotel is in the same building as offices so you need to be on the second floor. Hard to think clearly about that when checking in at wee hours of the morning. Room was a bit older but they did their best to remodel. Had all the necessities and the bed was very comfortable although I didn't care for the small pillows. Overall it was decent for an overnight for a Mayo clinic stay. It is connected to the skywalk which would be great in the winter months.

“Odd smelling but good Alun”

While recently renovated this hotel feels and more importantly smells old. That said the price was fair and the room service quite good (although portions are too large). I will not stay here again because of the odors, but if that is not a problem for you, it is a good value.
