This is a very nice hotel. Great location, rooms and staff. Convenient tasty dining options in building. Parking is also very convenient. Easy access to downtown and Mayo Clinic.

This is a great hotel in downtown Rochester, MN Parking is easy and you can use the skyway system to get to many places. The person at the front desk was a great help with our questions and very friendly.

Perfect for Mayo Clinic patients. A skywalk takes you directly there. The entire hotel is new and very clean. Great quiet room. The restaurant is great quality and a lots of choices same for the bar great cocktails.parking in the ramp is easy and goes straight in to the lobby on the second floor. The only complaint is from outside the signage is almost none existent, so very hard to find the first time. Truly a great hotel

Would like to have had better directions to the location of the front desk on the second floor, this is not a normal position for a front desk check-in. Also I had difficulty getting the room key card to work!!!

Hotel Indigo is very convenient for travels who are traveling to the Mayo Clinic. It is connecting the Sky Walk which leads you passed food courts and shopping. One great thing is it wasn’t cold. We are traveling from Florida and not used to this type of cold, so this was super convenient for us. Also, if you need transportation to and from hotel use Uber, we used a shuttle service and it was quite expensive. We will be staying here again! The new room was spacious, clean and up to date and the bed was comfortable.

The employee had great hospitality when checking in. Sunday morning, the water pipe bursted but when called down to the front desk the employees was very nice. I would still like a refund since no one could get ready and shower to get ready for a business conference that we had.

This is my second stay at Hotel Indigo Rochester. The location is great, and the skyway will get you to Mayo Clinic without having to walk outside (extremely nice when the weather turns cold). Check-in was a breeze, and Crave restaurant is conveniently located in the hotel. Rooms are spacious and fairly comfortable. My only complaint was that the linens on the bed clearly were not changed. The pillow cases were covered with long black hair and what I assume were eyelashes and makeup (as a bald guy, I know it didn't come from me). The sheets were also obviously slept on and a large stain was visible on the top sheet. I don't expect the room to be sterile, but not changing the bedding is just plain lazy and completely disgusting.
