“Nice Hotel to stay in”

The hotel was easy to get to and was very nice and comfortable. There was a slight mix up on rooms when we first got there but fixed quickly and easily. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. the location was a bit farther than I had planned to stay from my destination of RIT but it was the only one with a room available on the date of my visit. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

“Hotel in Rochester”

Well, we got a suite instead of a room for 4 persons, so.... The suite was in a good condition (for a simple hotel), although the beds were very small (not regular double beds). The hotel's staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was with breakfast-it was crowded with teenagers that shouted and made a mess-we had to leave and come back later on in order to get a place and food.

“Good for Airport”

This hotel is good for catching flights at the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The downside is the neighborhood. It is not bad but it is not the best area. It is in an industrial area and next door to a club. If your room faces the club parking lot then you can get people standing in the lot talkiing late at nite (1-2 am). If you can get a room on the side away from the club then the hotel is a good place to stay.

“Affordable Nice Place to Stay”

Front desk was very friendly! We had non smoking with 2 double beds. The bests were soft-firm. They give you 3 different types of pillows to choose soft-firm. The A/C worked great! Shower had great pressure in the water and was clean. There was coffee in the bathroom near the sink. That was a nice idea for morning or evening fresh coffee. They do serve breakfast downstairs. I was a little too late to enjoy it, but there was everything from juices, bagles, eggs, cereals & oatmeal. I stayed 2 nights and I would choose this place again!

“Look Elsewhere”

Upon arrival, we were given smoking room despite our booking request and follow up phone call for a non-smoking room. The solution was an aerosol spray can! We requested a room change as soon as a non-smoking room became available (that did not occur). There were no refridgerators or microwaves in the room. There were no couches in the room despite being in the room description. When questioned about the lack of seating, we were told that they had 'problems' with the couches and removed them from all the rooms! The staff at the desk were friendly.

“Clean & Comfortable - Will definitely go back”

Modern looking comfortable hotel. I stayed in a room with a king size table. Room was clean no odor. Linen did not look dingy. Carpet well maintained. Good selection for the continental breakfast.
