Clean, well kept hotel. Polite staff and this includes both dining and lounge. I've stayed there 3 separate times for a 4-night duration each time. My repeat business says it all.

The hotel was quite, clean and outside of buffalo. After spending the day at niagara falls it was nice to escape to a quiet hotel.

The overall stay was very nice. The room looked fabulous and the service very kind. I had a problem with the "in case fee" if something happens. I was doubled charged and the account manager was not extremely helpful.

The hotel is very nice but I would not exactly consider it to be an airport hotel as the hotel is a 15 minute ride on the highway from the airport. The hotel is also a little further from the RIT campus, so if you are going to be visiting the campus, I would look for some where a bit closer. Otherwise the hotel is clean, the pool/hot tub is nice, and they were fine with a late check in (after midnight) so long as I called them to let them know. However, there is not much around to eat if you are arriving late, so keep this in mind if you're planning to arrive late.

“Vacation without sleep is no fun”

Not what I expected of a Marriot. Hotel was well maintained and managed, but comfort and quality of the bedding was horrible. Even my children had trouble sleeping on such uncomfortable beds. Stayed one night at the lower level Fairfield Inn and was much more comfortable and slept great. Would not stay here again unless they purchased new matresses.
