Very nice breakfast, comfortable roomPosted Mar 9, 2015
Pros: breakfast, shuttle to Mayo Clinic, suite facilities, two televisions. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Needs a little updating. Did not like the skylight in the living room, because someone was sleeping there.
Location: Close to Mayo Clinic, and shopping.
Very much enjoyed the breakfast, and the shuttle to Mayo Clinic. Also enjoyed the suite facilities, and the two televisions. The hotel seemed somewhat run-down, but comfortable. We would stay here again.

Beds are uncomfortable and rooms need updating.Posted Nov 24, 2014
Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Rooms Need updating. The staff is unfriendly, barely speak. They do not even address you when you arrive or walk by the front desk.

Great space for the pricePosted Oct 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
Room size is very large. We didn't use the kitchenette, but can see where this would be very nice if staying longer than a weekend. Only disappointment is when the air is on in the bedroom and door is closed the sitting room does not get any fresh air. Second time we've stayed here and same for both rooms.

Would stay again!Posted Oct 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was a quick trip to Mayo and ended up staying overnight. Motel was close and easy to find. Room did have an odd aroma but was clean and comfortable. Evening desk clerk was a little odd but morning one was very nice and accommodating.

Convenient Location/Courteous StaffPosted Oct 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
We drove up from Arkansas. We stayed 3 nights to attend a family wedding and the location was excellent. We had to bring our dog due to his health issues and the staff was very accommodating. The cleaning crew were very courteous and generous when we asked for more towels or coffee for the coffee maker. The hotel looked like it had recently undergone some renovations. There was some floor trim missing in our room but that was it. We appreciated the kitchenette in case we didn't feel like eating out. We even hosted an after wedding party in our room and had plenty of room for everyone. We had a great time and will probably stay there again when we come visit family.

Quiet and comfortablePosted Oct 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were impressed with the size of the room. I am a very light sleeper and to have the 2 double beds in a separate closed off area away from the main hallway made it very quiet. We have already booked for our next time here in November.

Worth the moneyPosted Sep 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
Nice breakfast, really clean room the only drawback was we stayed on the 2nd floor and my Dad who went with me sleeps in a recliner and the top rooms have a skylight in the living room area so no sleeping in or afternoon naps. If you plan on utilizing the recliner I'd ask for a bottom floor room. Other than that really nice place to stay and the shuttle was a big help. Never used one before but they were always on time.
