Very convenient to RITPosted May 23, 2015
Pros: It's very convenient to R.I.T. and shopping areas
Cons: Housekeeping is inconsistent. I found a washcloth hanging in my shower from a previous guest and some empty box from lingerie in the bedside table.
Location: My son attends R.I.T. and this hotel is pretty much as close to campus as can be.
This hotel is inconsistent with its cleanliness and bed quality. You should request a regular bed and forgo the Sleepcomfort ones that often deflate in the middle of the night.

Was a nice hotel for the price paid - never went to the pool but it looked incredibly nice - ate at the restaurant - ok - the bar was friendly and enjoyed the games

Hotel hot and bed uncomfortablePosted May 8, 2015
The room was hot. It didn't matter what I did with the thermostat, the temp wouldn't go be low 74. The sleep number bed collapsed on the edges and had a ridge down the middle.

Pros: Location, location, location!
Cons: bigger beds
Location: lots! But you will need a car.
Came to visit my son for Easter. It was close to his school, restaurants, and shopping.

The restaurant food was terrible. I booked for two double bed but only one king size bed was available. The location was not easy to commute elsewhere. One good thing is they have Free shuttle to school.

Great bar/Restaurant staff.Posted Apr 5, 2015
Pros: Sleep number bed, two thumbs up
Cons: parking lot log needs work and more lighting
I was anxious about this trip and I was talking to them and they listened and had input. Enjoyed our conversation. Also I had a medicine problem and front desk helped with drug store info.

Radisson has declined significantly over six monthPosted Feb 18, 2015 on Hotels.com
Requested two double beds, got one bed and one couch with a mattress that springs were popping through. Draft through window was unbearable in massive below zero temps. Heater could not sufficiently heat room. Found condom wrappers along side of bed which did not belong to us, and had to explain to our six year old grandson that it was just trash left behind.

Great staff, hotel is starting to show its age.Posted Feb 8, 2015 on Hotels.com
Excellent service by the staff. The hotel is starting to show its age and could use some upgrading, but overall not bad for the type of hotel it is.
