Hotel is closest to RIT so very convenient.

Pros: Convenient location if visiting someone at RIT
Cons: A standard statement of: "pool is located...., food and beverage options are....., if you need to connect to internet....". We needed to ask.
Location: Plenty of eating and shopping options within 5 minutes drive.
Hotel staff not very friendly. No standard pitch of amenities within hotel to orient guests to what is available. No continental breakfast.

This hotel serves its purpose. The accommodations were dated but everything was clean. The food was pretty good. Room service was prompt, and the staff was pretty attentive. For an overnight- two night stay, it's not bad.

Pros: The staff
Cons: The restaurant, noise levels
Location: the mall is a short drive away. Otherwise it's quite isolated.
Overall the experience wasn't horrible. The walls are paper thin and my neighbors were quite noisy which was annoying at 11pm when I was trying to sleep. The hotel restaurant was terrible. The chicken I ordered was over cooked and dry, the lettuce for my salad was wilted and just sad. The cleaning service was great and all the staff was very friendly.

Pros: Clean
Cons: Aditude of front desk employees.
Location: Excellent shopping, lodging, eatery's
Hotel was VERY CLEAN, the bathroom layout was a bit bizzar & small. The heater was very loud (woke us up), a lot of noise coming from persons walking in the hallway. NO Coffee or breakfast available in the Lobby after 9:00; I was curtly told that I could purchase in the restaurant for additional charge. I should have stayed down the road.

Location: I was tempted to stop at Barnes and Noble the night before, but since I had to be at the airport by 5 am...
Great service, unfortunately the night was too short as I had an 6 AM flight!
