Nice Hotel

This is my second time stay here. The overall service was excellent, especially the shuttle to Amtrak station and the Airport is super convenient. Love it.

Nice but outdated

The room appeared to have been updated but the rest of the hotel seemed old.

Way beneath expectations.

First room, on a non-smoking floor stank of cigarette smoke. Awful. Rooms are dreadfully outdated. Underground garage is unattended and scary. Would never stay here again.

The room was nice. The check in was fast and it was easy to add the parking onto my room.

Convenient hotel

Pros: The car service is convenient.
Cons: House keeping person can come later. They usually come at around 9 o'clock, when I was still not fully awake.
Overall experience was pleasing. They have free car service to pick me up from Amtrak station and send me to visit the University of Rochester.

Not watt we expected !! It's old needs to be updated carpet stains bath room not cleanest :( showers not cleanest :( I think if they up date it would be a Beautiful place to stay !!! Plus the room keeper started knocking on the door at 8:30 AM to clean our room give people time to rest just saying !!!

Good hotel in downtown Rochester NY

I have stayed here several times. Check-in goes quite smoothly. The rooms are large and comfortable. Beds are good. Only complaint was that the outside of the window was dirty and spoiled the view.

For the price I paid I expected a much bigger room. Hanging out in the room wasn't as fun when the there is only like I yard between the edge of the bed and the other side of the room, but beyond that I enjoyed my stay.
