“Not Too Impressed”

This was a last minute reservation and we arrived somewhat late at night. The person at the desk had to let us in and did not have a very good attitude about it. Also, the only door available to get into the hotel was the main door even tho there were other exterior doors but they were out of service. This meant that we had to walk our stuff from the far end of the very dark parking lot to the main door because there was really no where we could pull up to. I was not impressed.
