I booked a room with two queen beds. When arrived at the propert after 7 hours of driving, they told me there was a problem with the reservation and one one king rooms are available. They said will cancel my reservation without a fee. I do not understand what fee when you are not giving me the room I booked. We were left out in the dark looking for a hotel after a long drive for a swim meet and all hotels around were full. My son had to comete next morning and here we were looking for a room at 1 am. Wish they had told me earlier or at least when I called from the road and told them I will be therein 3 hours.

Rooms were very dirty, hairs in shower, dusty, floor peeling up from floor. My family didn't even stay . Unfortunately the room was already booked and paid for in advance. I definitely dont recommend this hitel.

They didnt have the room i booked. There were not enough towels. Remote for tv was missing. Hole in wall in bathroom and the shower rod was falling off. No elevator which was an issue with my wife nursing a broken leg.

I got charged twice even after I told staff that I had already paid online. The room I was placed in was not ready, the bed was not done and it reeked of cigarettes. The second room I was put in didn't lock from the outside. Finally the last room we got put in was fine but it was such a hassle! Usually I have had a great experience here but not today. Totally ruined the weekend getaway my friend and I needed after working so much :(

Absolutely acceptable stay
I absolutely recommend this hotel! Only minor issues: one light in the room didn’t work and the tub didn’t drain well. I believe the hotel doesn’t have an elevator so keep that in mind in your planning!

Very dirty. Hall and stairs carpets have deep traffic dirt. Room carpet dirty and stained. Bath tile floor was sticky. Long hairs in tub on arrival. Large areas of peeling paint in bath. Bed sheets had stains on them. It was late and i didn't want to find another place, but i shpuld have. Also, the hallways and lobby smell like weed both at night again in morning.

Dirty, possible tenants making noise outside well after dark, people hanging in driveway parking lot, no hot breakfast, needs to be bulldozed or complete tearout, carpet dirty, oily, dead bugs daily, torn curtains, no elevator - not all people can climb stairs, for such a dump should not have to pay over $25. Don't stay there...sleep in your car

Paint peeling off walls, doors had been broken into, floors uneven and stubbed toe on transition into bathroom. Refused room on first floor after calling and requesting same as there is no lift to second floor. High step to get on to sidewalk to access building, no handicap access to anything in building. Poor lighting in halls. Lights that would not come on (entrance light to room) TV was on when we got in room and was only able to unplug to get it off as the RC was for another room. Staff configure both card a day short for our stay. Food in the morning was gone by 8:00am

Property is ran down. Could use a good cleaning and updating. Tv was on when we walked in, but remote sidnt work. Tried changing channels with buttons on the TV and lost all channels. The bathroom door didn't close. Bottom was breaking off as it was catching on the tile. Stains on the carpet, but sheets were clean, bathroom was clean and no signs of bugs..Quiet room and smell wasnt bad. Very attentive staff.

From the lobby to the stairs, hallway and room were all disgusting. Dirty carpet, many lights out in the hallway and the room, stain on the bed comforter amongst other things. We checked in and 5 minutes later checked out and went somewhere else. This place needs gutted and remodeled. Steven Christ

When I arrived to my room, the door was wide open, the carpet very clearly had not been cleaned, and the pillows were on the floor. The bed smelled faintly of body odor. Staff was nice.

Start off a room that smells, has duct tape in the TUB where water submerged it because every bath/sink holds water. My son gets a rash. Then go to open the window to let it air out and the curtains fall off the wall. No TVs work. Change rooms, mold and doors that are swollen for water damage. Still nothing drains. My sons rash progresses. People in full face masks pull up to smoke. Non smoking hotel, they say. But entire upstairs smells and every employee smokes. Son steps in a wet spot, think it’s just a mess they neglected to clean as I just watched this in another area. Step in it myself, they say sorry it’s sewer water from a burst pipe (at the bottom of the only set of stairs AND in the kitchen area). We left emergently and I’m still figuring out what to do over a week later. They had no solutions for me.

The rugs are filthy, bathroom floor sticky, dirty gross. Light walking in does not work had to call the front desk to get the TV off. It was on when I entered room and would not turn off. Bed okay. Hoping I don’t need to get up in night the floors are so dirty Place needs work. Ryan at desk was nice helpful ( as much as he could) Place needs a lot of updating/work

Do not stay at this hotel it is garbage.
The hotel should be visited by public health inspectors. It has food growing in the air conditioner. There was mold growing in the shower. The toilet never stopped running. It was a literal disaster.
