Pros: Small, intimate
Cons: The decor they chose for the rooms was a little too upstate
Location: The only reason I can think of to go there other than for business is why we went to play golf at the famout Oak Hill Country Club
The hotel is new,so everything is clean. The spa is firstclass and as good as any resort facility

Hotel was great. Room smelled a little bit of smoke, odd for non-smoking. Bathroom shower curtain was a little moldy. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very nice and helpful. This hotel should have a bike rack outside, since it is right next to the Erie Canal bike trail. We came up to bike the trail. Wonderful town!

Absolutely perfect stay with one issue. It is located right next to the train tracks and every time a train passed, my bed literally shook ;-(((The shops and restaurants nearby were great, just the train issue.
