Just what we were looking for.Posted Aug 22, 2013
Great location. nice, clean room. Nice job on the renovation. Clean lines - simple. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nothing special, but we weren't expecting anything anyway. Perfect place to stay when visiting our son at Eastman. Reasonable price. Will stay there again, if the rates don't go up after renovation is complete....

Best hotel experience in RochesterPosted Jun 24, 2013
Pros: the staff and the cleanliness
Cons: Needs an elevator
I have stayed at a lot of hotels in this area and this was by far the best experience I've had!

Nice renovationPosted Jun 20, 2013
Pros: Location, and nice new remodel.
Cons: Mark entrances better. Change stairs in hallway to ramps so it is easier to roll bags, as well as being more handicap accessible
Location: Right in the hotspot for nightlife. You can walk to several great pubs and restaurants, but be aware of where you are when walking at night. A shootin
Great location. Check out the abundance natural food coop!

Great dealPosted Jun 10, 2013
Pros: All inclusive price, proximity to the School of music, quietness
Cons: the TV was not working. And if there is a party going on, maybe assign rooms a bit away from it for guests that were not part of it ...
Location: Plenty of pubs around.
There was a bachelor's party going on during my stay, and my room was just next to the party. Despite that, it was pretty comfortable. The tv remote did not work but a staff employee showed me how to use the tv without the remove while he was getting someone to fix it ... A great deal, with all extra (internet, breakfast, exercise room) include. 15mn walk from Eastman school of music.

Exceeded expectationsPosted May 19, 2013
Pros: Friendliness, location.
Location: The hotel is across the street from many bars. It is a fun area.
The hotel room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice, especially Douglas, who drove us in the hotel shuttle and was the best!!!

Great Overnight TripPosted May 11, 2013
Pros: The nice staff and clean, comfortable rooms.
Location: Situated in downtown right next to many restaurants and only an 11 minute walk from the Rochester Auditorium.
My friend and I went to stay only for one night but we would definitely stay again. They were under renovations when we went, but they gave us a room in the new wing. I could not tell from my room that renovations were going on. All was silent. The staff were really nice and I enjoyed the breakfast where you had the ability to make your own waffles. They could have used a bit more variety in food but considering the current renovations and all, it was pretty good.
