“No worries or complaints”

It was a long overdue vacation and it was nice to enjoy it without any worries or problems

“Lower than expected”

I would probably not stay at this hotel again. The room was not very clean. The continental breakfast was minimal. The ice machine was empty the entire stay. The rate was very cheap however the overall quality was less than I expected.

“Nasty”

Microwave didn't work. Tub didn't drain. Carpets sticky. Bedtables sticky. Rooms were not serviced. Non smoking, yet smoke drifted up from below. Breakfast was a joke. Pool not unlocked, had to go back and get it unlocked. Desk clerks were busy chatting on the phone.

Area is fine...just not this hotel.

“Exactly What I Paid For.”

Everything was alright, only two main complaints, the curtains barely did anything to block the light from outside, so it felt like the room was constantly lit up. Also the iron that was provided did not work at all, called the front desk about it, and they didn't do anything to help.

“Won't go there again”

The toilet bowl was too small and the water level too high--I have never before had my private parts in the water.

“hotel visit”

I would recommend staying there. Conveneint to interstate and to Charlotte,N.C.. Staff and mgt very friendly. They also gave me very good directions to the country club.
