“Good for the money”

Not bad older motel needs improvement. For the money not a bad deal thou.

“Great Service”

A short but pleasent stay, great facility, bathroom was not as clean as the rest of the facility. Overall a very good experience.

“OK for the price”

If the room had been cleaned and beds made it would have been super. Front desk was super nice no problems with booking. Room was clean when we came in, but cleaning personnel took out the trash the next day. That was it though, the beds were left without being made up.

“Beware of burning tv's”

TV burned up in first room. When moved to a second room tv reception was extremely poor and phone didn't work. Desk gave me another phone which didn't work either. Desk clerk was great, obviously not his fault. Hotel maintence was terrible.

“Not Impressed, Not Clean, Roaches in rooms!!!”

I would not recommend this hotel. I had two rooms for my family, and there we so many roaches discovered in one of them at midnight, that we had to switch to another room. They would NOT give us a refund for that room. Not a clean hotel at all.

“Try Another Hotel!”

When in Rock Hill, SC try to find another hotel and don't stay at the Quality Inn and Suites! Although the front desk person was polite, she was less than welcoming and when I arrived in my room it was dirty! The carpet had not been vacuumed in a loooonnnnng time! I did find the bed to be fairly comfortable but did not appreciate the hair in the bathroom nor the fact that the bathtub drain was sooooo slow that I stood ankle-deep in water during my shower. The hallways and stairs had carpet that was not only old but very dirty also! Had I not been determined to be in Rock Hill for my nephew's graduation I would not have been there in the first place but will certainly never stay there again!

“Worst Hotel Ever!!”

Was in town for a funeral so only stayed one night. The carpet was dirty, the tub was not clean, it had long black stands of hair in it, the toilet was not clean, the mirror was unclean ....I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN! NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE! I picked up the toilet seat with a napkin because I saw some black spots in the toilet. walked with my shoes the whole time because the carpet was so nasty, even the sides of the carpet you could see trash/dirt where the sides where not vacumm. I did't take a shower because it was nasty, I washed up in the sink.
