The hotel is currently under renovation. We stayed in a room that was already renovated, but in the bathroom the ceiling already had a layer of painting peeling off and falling. The tub was painted, and the paint was also peeling off of that. The room had cockroaches, and when we told the front desk this they said that they already know. The windows and bathroom also had mold.

Never a good sign when the first thing you see is a message that reads, “sorry for the mess we are under renovation”. Front desk clerk refused to serve me. She said her shift was over and I waited ten minutes for the next person to show up. My bathroom tub was peal everywhere and the curtain rod was half off the wall. No shampoo. The reviews had it rated at 7.2 out of ten. They must be submitting there own. I’m concerned about waking up covered in bites….stay tuned.

First off i couldn't get my room after i had paid for it .Then getting a clean room the room i got had dirty sheets look like they hadn't been changed in weeks room stinks ,floor dirty i really would love my money back for this stay just bad !!!!

Vents connect rooms, neighbor played tv loud all night, nobody could sleep. Got up to no coffee, no breakfast, was not disclosed even though I asked- before I gave the card I asked if there is any change from the amenities advertised? Only thing was the pool was outside and closed. Cigarette ashes in toilet paper holder, dirt on floor behind door and toilet seat was about to fall off.

Decent Room, but...cockroaches.
The room had been recently renovated, and looked nice. The walls were freshly painted, the plumbing fixtures were in good repair, and the room was clean. There was hot water and decent water pressure. There was no light at the desk area, and there were few lights in the room, so it would not be conducive to accomplishing any kind of work there. The floor was a little sticky - I don't think many people understand the necessity of regular mopping of commercial tile, but it wasn't too bad. There was no coffee service. There was plenty of open space in the room, where there could and should have been some furniture, maybe a loveseat or an easy chair, or maybe a small table and chairs. But, during my stay there, I encountered two live cockroaches in the room. I was uncomfortable and left very early in the morning; I did not enjoy my stay there.

We were concerned for our safety at this location. There were mouse traps in our room. The refrigerator was unplugged. There was a luggage cart upstairs that looked filthy and in need of repairs. Floors were sticky and 2 tiles missing in the bathroom.

NICE STAY WHILE ON A BUDGET
THE STAY HAD NO BUGS IN THE ROOM!!!! ONE PARTICULAR HOUSEKEEPING STAFF WAS VERY RUDE & DID NOT WANT TO WORK. FRONT DESK STAFF IS AWESOME! NICE BIG ROOMS COMFORTABLE HIGH BEDS. BRING A HOT SPOT, THE INTERNET IS NOT THAT GOOD, THAT IS IF YOU HAVE TO DO BUSINESS AND NEED INTERNET SERVICES.

The room was very clean and everything was comfortable. But the Heat/air machine was unbearably noisy. So I just turned it off, as luckily we didn't need it running.

Nice for the price!!
The young ladies at the front desk are awesome. It should be in the reservation a note that $50 deposit is required. It is understandable but should be known. The ice machines did not work. Pet friendly, but I am not a pet person, so individuals with their pets were very unruly in regards to allowing their pets to relieve themselves wherever they wanted. Need to have a smoke area, going in and out the door with my children while individuals are smoking was uncomfortable. No bugs and some of the ladies from housekeeping were very kind and warm hearted.

Loved it. The only thing was no elevators or ice machine. The lower level was for pet owners and they were very untidy about their animals. Not a responsibility of the facility. I can see they are doing major improvements and i appreciated you making certain oi had an updated room. Need to get better internet service!

They told me I could renew my stay a little later in the day. Then when I came to pay for the room they told me no and kept my deposit and kicked me out. Also they don’t clean the rooms regularly, and the room had roaches. I was ready to go anyways :) But roaches in a room as expensive as that one is crazy.

Motel bon marché en rénovation avec peu de moyen, très propre, pas possible de baisser le son de la télé, pas de produits de toilette (savon shampoing…), fenêtre qui ne barrait pas, ça a été corrigé, chiens qui jappent en pleine nuit, porte non hermétique donc on entend tout du corridor, nous n’y retournerons pas.
