The hotel was old and outdated , the room wasn't clean!! I had to clean out the sink in the bathroom, the dirt on the floor and the dust was about an inch think everywhere!! I told the the person working behind the desk and her replay was "we do the best we can!!" We'll there best sucks!!

Don't let the picture fool you the hotel doesn't look nothing like the pictures.Only reason I stay a couple of hours is because I took my wife to eat.A lost of seven two bucks.

V day late ck in. 2nd shift crew. They were overwhelmed. With the process. I was a general Manager before and best practices is to do a room check before the start of every shift. That help elimated a ton of problems. On your vacant ready list. And pre assign as many room preference. But it's always hard on v day for hotels.

Needs a good cleaning

The staff was great, but the room was grungy and dirty. The bathroom was filthy (the last person's soap was still in the shower). The floor wasn't vacuumed, and the whole room needed a good cleaning. The bar/grill was open, and the bartender was very nice. However, there was only fried foods available. None of the fresh foods, salads or sandwiches on the menu were available. This was not late, but 7pm.

Pros: Location
Cons: Fix heater in room & give the whole place a fresh coat of paint.
The room was spacious enough but the heater keep coming on for 12 seconds, then shutting off for 12 seconds, repeating this sequence all night long. Had to ask the desk for blankets since there were thin ones between the sheets. Staff at front desk was VERY pleasant!! Bathroom paint was peeling in a couple spots. It was only $58 for the night, so I guess you get what you pay for. It was just a stop over for us on our way South.

After arriving in the wee hours of the morning, we were greeted by a very friendly desk clerk. Made us very welcomed. Appreciate the service, may stay on our way back from Florida to Niagara Falls, NY in April.
