Get what you pay for...Posted Apr 2, 2014
Room was ok. Not the cleanest or nicest. But your also not paying a fortune. They could use more bleach. But for $30/night plus I could bring my dog, can't complain.

It was a roof over our head, but...Posted Dec 23, 2013
Pros: The manager, beds, small fridge, and TV.
Cons: Fix what you KNOW is wrong. Everything could use a 'freshening-up'.
Location: Close to I77 and plenty of places to eat. Easy location.
The manager was very friendly and helpful and nice. The room was clean but could have had more towels and washcloths. No hair dryer. No cups. No shampoo. One 'Barbie' sized bar of soap. Could have used a new tub. The worst part was you could tell that the room had been flooded at one time as there was a 'damp' smell and the carpet felt 'less than bone dry' to my bare feet. I think the upstairs bathroom had flooded at some point to cause this as there were a few spots on the ceiling. The worst was, there was black mold growing on the wallpaper behind the bathroom door; you could tell that the 'drywall' behind it was damp. We did not ask for another room as it was late when we got in and we knew we'd be leaving in 7-8 hours and, for the price, I guess it was what you'd expect.

Horrible place to stayPosted Dec 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
The rooms are dirty- my bed had sweat stains on the sheets and the fridge still had spilt drinks in it from a previous guest. I checked in and ended up checking out the same day as I couldn't take the rooms conditions.

Maybe a 1 starPosted Nov 6, 2013
Pros: Staff was pleasant.
I was only looking for a place to sleep for the night and so chose one not rated high or costing a lot but that was supposed to be clean. It was rated higher than I thought it should be. It was really in rough condition. I had to clean the toilet seat, the blankets were either very worn or dirty. The staff was pleasant. The only good part was that it was next to a breakfast restaurant for the morning.

What you'd expect for the pricePosted Oct 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
We got a great deal on this hotel, only $28 a night. If you're looking for a place to crash for the evening after a long day of traveling this does the job just fine. If you're looking for amenities it's probably not for you. The phones didn't work either time we stayed here and the nonsmoking room we were in reeked of smoke. For $28 though you can't really beat it.

Found this hotel to be perfectly adequate for an overnight stay while en route from NY to FL. After driving for 12 hrs, I just needed a bed to crash in for the night and a shower to freshen up in the morning before heading out for the second leg of my trip. Included functional free internet which was a bonus and the hotel price for the night was great for those on a budget. Would stay again.

Good value for the moneyPosted Jul 29, 2013
Pros: Friendly helpful front desk
Cons: Room could stand a thorough cleaning. Didn't look like the carpet had been vacuumed recently. Trouble getting room key to work.
OK for spending the night. Restaurants within walking distance.

A Definite Must-Skip DestinationPosted Jul 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
If you're looking to book at a hotel that promises free wi-fi and a complimentary breakfast and then tells you neither exist, this is the place for you! This hotel boasts a front desk clerk who also works at the hotel next door and requires a phone call to run over and assist you, great highway views, and a bathroom with complimentary pre-used soap in the shower, left by the former guest. Though many would assume this is a bad thing, one should be grateful for this left-behind item as the "bar" of soap provided mirrors the size of a stick of Juicy Fruit. For no extra cost, your hotel stay will provide a hotel room door that does not lock without using your deadbolt, bedding that makes you question what decade you're in, non-closing curtains that encourage peeping toms, and non-smoking rooms that house a lovely scent that makes you consider taking up the habit again. (We would have asked to relocate, however we had no indication we weren't already in their very best room.) Best of all, this hotel prevents a tired traveler from having to make pesky decisions about whether or not to take the commonly provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash with you, as there's none to begin with! In summary; a great destination for those who enjoy paying for horrible service, a lack of toiletries, and who are on a no-breakfast diet, as well as those who travel with teenagers who are grounded and thus not allowed access to wifi. For all others, I'd recommend you go elsewhere.

Right off highway, excellent valuePosted Jun 16, 2013
Room was surprisingly clean for the money. Late night stop while enroute to Florida. Very convenient.
