A roach motel for sure. NOTHING like the pictures online. Walked in and was uncomfortable with the nastiness. Refrigerator dirty. Blood on the shower curtains. Dirty towels left on door. Showered with shoes on and checked out only after 1 hour. There were no other rooms available. Took pictures. Contacted customer service at expedia for refund to go somewhere else, nothing was done. Paid more money to go somewhere else to stay and was out of money spent on this hotel which was extremely unfortunate. Bad experience all the way around

Hotel canceled last minute due to a power being out. I’m waiting for my refund. Found another Econo Lodge 15 minutes away in Rock Hill. It was absolutely FILTHY. Cigarette burns in sheets, ( it was supposed to be a non smoking room. ) Stained linens, chipped paint and furnishings. Over all gross experience.

Hot water near to non existant. Holes in bathroom walls of shower. No coffee available, no breakfast available as advertised. Due to covid they clean room once a week. That's fine. However the 1 tiny bar of soap, tiny shampoo and conditioner is definitely not enough for a 3 night stay. Housekeeping was great. She not only cleans rooms, but also runs front desk on weekends .

Had made reservations online but still took up to an hour to get checked in. There were two workers trying to check in truck drivers and didn’t know how to get them in the system. It was late evening and dark waiting in the parking lot around the window. Didn’t feel safe.

Did not meet basic accommodations.
Hotel on level one was in the mist of renovation. However the room we stayed in was dirty. Floors needed to be vacuumed.The linens on one of the beds was soil and towells were dinghy. Floors needed to be vacuumed also bathroom floor needed cleaning. Why we stayed? Road weary and bad weather. Some of the other hotels in the area was filled. This hotel did not meet the basic accommodations.

We picked this as we got off high way .we drive tractor trailer so there was a few truck spot. And a waffle house right next door perfect so we could eat girls at front desk just as pleasant as could be remodeled rooms new beds and are doing more rooms we would come back in a minute

This is not a place to plan to stay at. It was the only room available at 9pm in the area where I got too tired to continue driveway. It is a no-tell motel and seems to also have residents staying there.

No PHONE, No WiFi
We didn't get towels daily, telephone did not work and this motel did not have WiFI. We had to constantly go to the front desk next door to get towels, ask questions, etc. If they are not going to offer housekeeping, local phone service and Wifi they need to remove these items from their websites

can't really complain too much
The only real issue we had was that there never seemed to be any staff in the office, but the desk staff from the EcoLodge next door came over to assist us when needed. It was clean, had every thing we needed, close by a few food places, so it was good.

ok for price but disappointed
We got there shortly after midnight and had to go next door to econo lodge to get person to come check us in, no overnight check in clerk, thus no calling desk either. The clerk checking us in could not find our reservation even though it was in FAX machine paper stack. This was my 2 nd stay there and neither time was there Inc in the ice machine. If they could provide a night clerk and fix ice machine it would be a great place to stay.

Great stop over hotel
Great room for the price. We stopped as a stay over while traveling. We had our dogs which they graciously accepted with a $10 pet deposit. The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
took 10 mins for someone to show up to check me in...I had reservation. Room was nonsmoking but pillows smelled like smoke and 1 case had burn hole. Bathroom had black mold on ceiling they tried to paint over. Dead bugs on bathroom floor. Hair in tub and sink. Trash under edge of bed when I took comforter off. Not worth the 50....
