Great staff. We were given a room on the first floor near the door as we were traveling with our dog. Hot breakfast with plenty of food options and clean tables. Again the staff was on hand providing excellent service. The hotel in general is in need of an update. Cabinetry and furniture are scarred and worn. Paint is needed everywhere. Back door didn’t work properly. Dirty light fixtures in bathroom,etc.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. But the property needs attention. All of the furnishings are shoddy looking. I would still stay there again because it is all superficial but that aspect was disappointing.

The Rock Hill community around this facility is very nice. When look for an overnight from our trip Orlando to Cleveland this seemed like a good mid point. I saw all the hotels in this area and decided to pay up for a nicer place. Wow was I surprised. People were friendly and efficient, but everything was dirty and poorly kept. I thought the sofas in the lobby were kind of modern, but they were actually shredded. Never seen anything like it.

The front lobby was very nice and where breakfast was being served. (Updated) The staff were very friendly and helpful. BUT the rest of the motel is a mess. Dirty outdated furniture and carpets in room plus elevator and hallways. Everything but lobby needs revamped. Will never stay there again until then.

Staff was aware of door sticking, but issued the room anyway. Turned out to be a simple adjustment on my part as to how to open the door. Nice motel. Just think a place of that caliber should have had the mechanical issue fixed. Continental Breakfast was very good for that format.

Overall a great place for a stop on our road trip. Place was clean and staff were great. Only issue is the mattress. It was pretty worn out and hard on the back sleeping.

This property is fantastic. Check in was smooth and quick. The lobby is so cute. The King room is clean and spacious. The sheets are immaculate. I would definitely recommend this place.

I already pointed out the staining etc in bathroom. I mentioned it to the front desk on check out and a maintenance man spoke to me and said he would get right on it. The beds were good and room clean. Breakfast had lots of choices...coffee and water for tea were not hot.

A great location.
In addition to a great hotel, there are a multitude of eating options, several malls to frequent, walmart, lowes, etc. I've stayed several times, I like it that much.
