This property was the best that I have seen at this price point. The room was extremely clean, staff were friendly. They were doing renovations while we were there. But that did not negatively affect our stay.

They are remodeling so it was a little messy. Breakfast didn’t have much. But it will be nice when done remodeling.

The rooms are very clean! They are being bought out and they are doing alot of remodeling. They started working in the breakfast area this morning, so all we saw was coffee. The front desk helped get whatever we wanted for breakfast. She was friendly and very apologetic about it. Breakfast was good.

Mattress was a little saggy, but otherwise, everything was fine. Heater worked well, bathroom was clean, was super helpful to have the mini fridge and microwave in the room.

Really clean and nice, but the walls are paper thin. We could hear the parking lot, the hallway, the people above us. Lots of noise.

Remodeling, not bad for price
They are using nice materials for remodel but poor quality work. I left a stainless steel mug in the frig and asked them to get it and hold it for me til I came back thru the next day. They couldn't find it when I got there. You can tell it is a facelift to an outdated motel but it's not bad for the price. My husband doesn't like the cold floors and preferred carpet. Took us a while to warm up our room. Bed was comfy. They are still working on it, so may improve.

Wow! Great room and renovation!
I even loved the hall carpet. The lobby was nice and the breakfast area was neat, clean, well-stocked, and smartly laid out. My room was spacious, comfy and had a nice-sized tv, a good mini fridge and a microwave. Decor was done really well. The bathroom was roomy with plenty of counter space, and the towels were oh, so fluffy!

The hosts were excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Friendly and very helpful. The room was excellent; updated and refurbished, excellent cleanliness, great bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here on our way home from Henderson Nevada. We got in late and we needed a place to sleep. It was very nice . They are working to update the property. The room was very comfortable and clean. It is a pet friendly place but we asked for a room away from the dogs which they did. We would stay here again .

The workmen were doing some improvement projects on the building. It was a minor inconvenient, and when the improvements are finished the motel will be even nicer.
