The hotel was clean and very nice. The rooms were updated and the continental breakfast was great. I would go back again.

“S Beloit BW Hotel”

Hotel was clean, people were friendly and the free breakfast was better than most free b'fasts. This was our first time at this Beloit area hotel and we would stay there again when we visit the area.

“Great New Year for this family”

I would like to say this was a very great experience for our family. We decided to spend the New Year's Eve holiday with you. The pool area was open 24 hours and was a major plus for us and our children. This was a very different change since most pools close at eleven. We did not swim super late but it was a very nice option that you did not feel you we're on a time frame to get done with the pool. The front desk lady was very accomodating and I was very impressed with her attention to detail. We had a group that came to this holiday with approx 9 adults and 9children. We had to get several tables together in the pool area and it was no problem. The front desk lady came in several time to make sure we had towels and to make sure we did not need anything. I truly felt like a guest and not a person just staying at your hotel. The staff in the morning were working hard to get the breakfast trays filled. I really enjoyed our stay and this may be a new tradition. We were all safe and had a great New Years. Thank you!!!

Usually stay at Hampton Inns...this Best Western was up to par with the Hampton.

“Convenient roadside hotel, ok physically”

Meets the brand standard for Best Western: well kept; attractive; ample sized rooms; very good service; adequate continental breakfast, though quality such that I would not eat anything other than the orange juice, despite it being free, if there were a Starbucks nearby. The location is in an industrial highway exit with a nearby truck-stop C-store -- quiet, and feels safe, but there is no neighborhood. Downsides: the room cleanliness was not perfect (not terrible or even distressing, but could have been a bit better) and the mattress was quite bad and way overdue for replacing.

“Nice experience - recommend”

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but my room was clean, breakfast was terrific, and the staff was incredibly helpful & nice. No complaints apart from the weirdness of the location. But it WAS quiet even being situated between two major roadways.
