You get what you pay for.

The check in clerk was taking calls and trying to book some regulars who may have been staying there for long periods, but after about 20 minutes did get us our rooms. This is an urban setting and I didn't care for the security of the area, but fortunately did not experience any problems. It was close to a major highway and noisy. They don't offer a breakfast, but there were several good restaurants close and they gave discounts if you showed your card sleeve to prove you had stayed there. All the rooms have exterior doors and there was plenty of foot traffic in the area. Unless they have security patrolling which I did not see anywhere I don't think I would stay there again.

one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at. not very clean, dated, noisy air conditioner, bathroom needs repairs, the list goes on. Hotel couldn't even supply a box of kleenex for room, only small shampoo was supplied.beds were sagging in middle

Stay somewhere else

Posted Jun 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
No reason to stay here with other similarly prices hotels nearby. My room was not stocked with the appropriate amenities (shampoo) and there was no working toilet. No complimentary breakfast in the morning. Sure, all you really need for a one-night business stay is a bed, but next time I'll get it elsewhere.

The staff were very nice and helpful. I haven't stayed at Red Roof for years and was impressed and I have to say for the price it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was booked and I didn't hear a sound. No pool or breakfast which was fine, Starbucks was right next door.

Pros: The check in was at 1pm and check out was noon.
Cons: Three of us stayed in the room, but only two bath towels were provided. I did not call for more.
I wanted a simple, cheap, no thrills hotel and Red Roof Inn was perfect. The room was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Staff was friendly. TV, lights, and the air conditioner were in perfect working order.

Overnighter

Personally disappointed. Luckily, stay was just long enough to sleep & shower. Online pictures are deceptive as neither hotel or room was as nice as they appeared. Room was smaller than anticipated, comforter had burn hole in it & looking at sheets, it was difficult to tell if they were fresh or not. Unlikely to stay @ this location again.

Good value, clean room, great location, convenient to shopping, freeway, restaurants. Quiet. Felt safe. Very few amenities but still a good value. Friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Convenient to I-90.

Pros: Location, room rate, cleanliness, comfortable bed.
Cons: I was not comfortable using the wifi as it did not feel secure...no password was required. Only one hand towel; one wash cloth.
Courteous welcome by staff. (Anthony.) Room very clean and comfortable. Obvious had been recently renovated.

About what you'd expect

Posted Jun 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
This is the ultimate "get what you pay for" hotel. Only real disappointment was the smoky smell in the rooms. They prohibit smoking now, but being an older building, you're never getting years of smoke smell out. Sheets had what seemed like ink stains on them but overall the room was pretty clean. Mediocre all around.

Need more towel and change bed sheets

Posted Jun 11, 2014
Location: Location was good because there were coffee shop, restaurants and fast food shop.
Although I was going to stay for two days, there was only one towel. I had to ask front desk to supply me with few towels. And I found that the there were some cigarette burns on the bed sheets. Front desk staffs were very kind.
