“Satisfied”

Clean and comfortable. Wish these hotels were available all the way to the west coast. Glad the Inn did not insist on photo coping my driver's license. (In my opinion) a photo copy of one's driver's licence is an opportunity for identity theft.) An Inn in Phoenix told me that I could't stay there without them photo copying my driver's licence, so I went over to the competition and gave them my business.

Just off of 1-90, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

“Beds were not comfortable”

When you're driving several hundred miles and stop half-way to get a good night's rest you don't want to spend it in a bed that's hard as a rock. It was a very good price but I won't be returning. If you prefer a firm bed then it's probably fine.

“Great Place”

This is a great place to stay if you don't need any amenities. We didn't require any "extras"; therefore, we appreciated having a clean, safe room at a low cost. We also liked the check in and check out times.

“Good value”

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Plentiful parking. Lots of restaurants nearby. WiFi worked well. Only complaints were that the heater's thermostat was offset and the water never got really hot. I had to fiddle with the thermostat before I figured out what to set it at to make it warmer (it kept turning off when I set it to the maximum). The water thing was annoying too--I like my showers steamy.

“Warm and Welcoming Hospitality”

Staff was helpful and the definition of hospitality throughout was present. the property was well kept and staff was attentive. Pleased with the visit overall.

“Horrible experience”

Worst, loudest, rattling air conditioner that kept us up all night. Television sound didn't work and the volume was needed to hear over the air conditioner. The staff was was then sympathetic and only offered a discount on the next stay....I think NOT!
