Every thing was better than expected. Very comfortable mattress on the bed and the continental breakfast even included omelets. I was pleasantly surprised.

“Great front desk staff”

Suzanne checked us in, and, in spite of an extremely rude guest on the phone, who had not even arrived yet, was exceedingly professional to the rude woman and handled our check in with grace. She also facilitated tracking down forgotten clothing (ours) and arranged for it to be at the front desk when we returned.

“Great Service, spacious room”

Great hotel with breakfast included. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Room was spacious, mattresses very comfortable. Everything about our stay was terrific with two exceptions on the ammenities. The pool was highly chlorinated and very uncomfortable to swim in. I used the computer available for guests and found the connection to be beyond slow - think there must have been technical difficulties. Would definitely stay here again.

“Great location!”

This was our second time staying at Hampton Inn and we were as pleased as we were the first time we stayed here. Each room has a mini fridge and microwave, which came in very handy. This will be our hotel to stay at when we visit family in the Rockland area.

“The best hotel stay I've had in a long time.”

This is a fairly new hotel and the rooms were immaculate. I slept without waking for 9 1/2 hours--- so very quiet and comfortable. Beds were really new and comfortable, and the set up of the rooms was great. (microwave and fridge were a nice perk). I'd easily recommend this place.

“Too Far Away from Home”

I wish the the hotel was closer to home so I could stay there longer. The hotel was great, especially the staff. I could have not stayed at a better hotel that Hampton Suites. It was more than what I expected, extremely comfortable and very clean. The staff made me feel welcomed and like family. They helped me find the best places to eat and to visit. I would like to thank Don, Kathy and Carrie for making my stay extremely enjoyable. I would go back in a heart beat. Steve

“School trip”

We recently took a high school trip to the Rockland area and Hampton Inn and Suites was very welcoming. They had labeled key cards for each student and several copies of printed room lists so that we could easily find anyone we needed to. A security guard checked in with us to verify that everything was OK and to inform us that we could contact him throughout the night if there were any issues, which wasn't necessary but nice to know was available. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfy. Breakfast was fast and convenient. Great experience!

“Business trip”

Friendly, helpful staff. CLean everywhere and comfortable. Happened to be very convenient location for this trip, which never hurts.
