“okay hotel”

Room was clean, although the curtains were not. Nice size bathroom with large vanity. Had a sleep number bed that was not as comfortable as we thought it would be. Is back off the road with a Best Western right in front of it so it was hard to find at night.

“"Noisy"”

There was a wedding in this Hotel and the people near our bedroom spoke very loud. We complained with these people, after some minutes, they came back and continued to talk in their bedroom. Maybe because we have doors between our bedrooms, we could listen. The Hotel should split wedding's guest and other guest!

“Room for improvement”

Swimming pool was not operating, noticed only on arrival. Rooms should have refrigerators.Space for clothing, luggage, short. Breakfast not included, at a rate not low. Personnel fine. Non smoking rooms available. (Other hotels in the area offer "smoking.permitted" rooms). Overall experience was ok, but I think next time will try to find a better offer.

“New management would be nice”

This is the second visit in a row that I stayed here and found it to be poorly run. Last visit I needed to call the desk at night for toilet paper and towels. This visit the bathroom light was burnt out, no coffee was at the coffee maker, the parking lot was not plowed six hours after the snow had stopped, well you get the idea...

“No heat”

Heater did not work - outside temp was well below freezing. Complained after first night and on the second night the heater worked at first and then failed during the night.

“Not Impressed”

When I checked into the hotel, they didn't have my reservation from Expedia, I had to call Expedia and have them re-fax over my reservation because The Radisson lost the original copy they received from Expedia. In addition, to the lost reservation, the woman at the front desk was very rude and not at all helpful.... The restaurant was terrible and there isn't anything I would say I liked about this hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again.

“Stay at your own risk”

We thought that Radisson would have a certain standard it had to meet, but we were so wrong. We found mice feces on the window sill, dead insects on the floor, and someone else's hair in the bed sheets. These things remained after housekeeping attended the first day, so the cleaning obviously leaves something to be desired. One night, housekeeping left us with no towels at all. These are only some of the issues we had at this hotel. We highly recommend that you avoid this one.

“Never again”

THe first room had no pillowcase on one of the pillows. The sheets were downright dingy. Then on to the bathroom. It looked as if someone had emptied their BBQ grill into the tub-big chunks of debris and lots of ashes. Bathroom floor was sticky. We were immediately switched to another room-must have been same housekeeping staff--bathroom floor was sticky, didn't look as if they had cleaned the toilet between guests. We were given complimentary breakfast coupons for our inconvenience. The service was so slow it was painful.

“Poor quality and service”

Absolutely poor water, dark brown and no prewarning or apology when complained. Lack of concern by front desk about customers, Period.
