I did not like the fact that there was no brewed decaf coffee you need to install tall toilets in all your rooms for all the aged and ill people. *** Get a different cable tv system and bring back the local channels!!

We just needed a 1 night stay before our weekend trip to DC. The hotel was easy to find, the check in was easy and the staff was really friendly.

The hotel was nice for its price. Only problem I encountered was we had a single thin sheet on the bed upon arrival almost like they forgot to put on the actual blanket. When I went and asked for a blanket I was told they did not have blankets to give out. I was resigned to purchasing one, but when my fiance asked the next day they had a blanket for us.

When I noticed the room I was given had the smell from smoking, the desk clerk was very willing and nice about letting me get a different room.

Not worth a dime
The hitel is old, dirty and unfavorable. I wouldnt recommend staying here nor will I stay here again. The trip started with having to change rooms 3 times because the first room was never cleaned and they didn't have it changed in their system. The 2nd room the light awitch was falling out of the wall, the curtains were ripped in all 3 rooms, none of the shower doors closed which I was told by the front desk that "it was normal in this hotel and to put a towel down", our fridge was set to freeze and was missing a shelf until I searched for it and it was hidden on top but stuck, I think the floors or building is slanted because all the rooms had the dresser drawers fall open no matter how many times you closed them. The carpet smells like mold and mildew throught the whole hotel and when you turn on the air in your room, be ready to have it filled with a Marijuana scent that you'll have to open your door and let air out. The breakfast isnt worth eating. I luckily had 1 person at the desk when I arrived who was helpful but never saw anyone manning the desk the entire stay. Not worth the $200+ for only a 2 night stay. I was told that the same oqner owns the Ramada hotel next door so I know next time I won't stay there either.

We only liked the breakfast, which did not have variety but was good for the three days we stayed. A girl on staff was very nice when I told her about the dirty sheets and wanted to change them immediately, but there was no service until the next day. The mattresses are old, my back hurts because of that. The sheets had not been changed, they were dirty. The bathroom was practically next to the bed and did not have an exhaust fan and the smells were disgusting throughout the bedroom. They put few towels. The shampoo they give is really disgusting! The air conditioning was terrible! The sound it emitted kept me from sleeping! You could hear loud footsteps from the room upstairs all night long. The smell of cigarettes or marihuana was disgusting in the hallways! And it was non-smoking!

The key card reader on the outside door near our room did not work and someone kept putting a stick in the door to keep it open. This did not seem safe to us. Also, the staff was very loud outside our room in the mornings and knocked on our door each day before nine am to clean the room. There were no door hanger notifications available to let them know not to bother us, so that should be taken care of. The food at the breakfast was just ok, not particularly fresh, although there were several options. Overall I guess you get what you pay for.

It’s due for a renovation—the carpets are quite worn and it generally looks pretty tired out. But the staff were friendly, the coffee was much better than average, the hot n breakfast was good, and the WiFi was strong. It was fine for a night.

It is a place to sleep
Waited 20 minutes for front desk staff due to miscommunication between shifts. Room was smelly, bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Slept well, but didn’t really want to touch much as the whole property seems outdated and dingy. It is a very no-frills place to sleep in a quiet, but incredibly convenient location. I’m in the area often and have stayed here twice… this was my last time as I’d probably pay $10-20/night more to stay at hotels nearby which are much nicer.

The toilet seat needs replacing. They are not convenient for senior citizen. They are to low. Try to have enough towels for your guest, at least one or two per person ... The workers were friendly.

The room didn't have any bedding except the sheets, in late November. Had to go to the desk to ask for a comforter, was handed a single thin blanket. Tried to use the room phone to set a wakeup call, completely dead. Front desk said some of the rooms had dead phones. Tried to use ice machine, it was dead too. Had to go to the third floor. 3 strikes and you're out. Avoid this place.

There is a reason this is a 2 star hotel. The rooms are in desperate need of updating and the beds and bedding have definitely seen better days. If you are looking for a basic hotel with the bare minimum at a good location for a fair price, then this place fits the bill.

Room was clean, beds were good, water was hot, had a good size refrigerator and free breakfast was better than most. Check in and out was painless. The motel was in an industrial complex with sidewalks so you could go for an exercise walk without fear of traffic

The rooms seriously need to be deep cleaned. Pull the beds out and the nightstand and clean behind them . Toilet had a drip and kept refilling through the night

Your basic Choice hotel, but the staff in front made it special. Room was clean. AC worked. Free breakfast was nice.
