The room seemed clean and in order. Person who checked me in was nice. Property facilities have some wear and tear. But it was fine for what I needed.

Better quality control needed.
The first room had a few dead bugs, small wood chips, and leaves under the sheets on the mattress. The second room had a cleaner bed but had a good bit of debris on the air unit and something brown smeared on the wall next to the door when you came in.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! VOMIT EVERYWHERE!!
We got 2 rooms and both of them had dried vomit all over the walls and other parts of the room. Bug guts smashed on the wall, floors that look like they've never been cleaned, the smell of mildew throughout the hotel. There are also poop smeared on the headboard. We immediately left. On the way out there was fresh puke in front of the elevators! Why is everyone throwing up in this hotel??!! When we asked the front desk for a refund, they told us no because we went through a 3rd party app (hotels.com). I have yet to hear anything back from hotels.com about our refund. I would recommend driving 30 minutes to Greenville for a nicer hotel, there arent any im Tarboro that are fit to house people.

This was the nastiest hotel room I’ve ever seen. There was dirt and hair in the shower. The sheets had dirt on them where you could wipe it off if you touched it. There was hair on the floor. The room smelled of mildew. I immediately asked for a refund and left. I would never return to this filthy property

Thank you for your response. We cxl. your room and within 1/2 hour we rented the same room to another guest and they ended up staying for three nights. Thank you for not staying with us, it helped us selling the same room 2 additional nights. Have a good day.

What it that smell
My husband and i only stayed one night .it was our family reunion we arrived later then we wanted to. checked in with no problem staff was friendly. We got to the room and it smelled like mildew i thought maybe the air conditioner was not on long enough but we had to run out to get to the reunion. When it was over with was late i called to ask for 2 more rooms to help out other family members and they accommodated my family last minute it was late.when we got to our room ot still smelled like mildew. And there was a dampness on the room i did some cleaning and spraying and it seemed a little better but in the middle of the of the night a slug was on the wall i woke my husband he killed it and checked out at 6am. I told the man at the desk and said he was going to check it.but he didnt say anything to me. My family said their stay was ok.so maybe it was just that room but i hate it.it is close to our family and its in a good location to everything. The breakfast was good but i like to sleep more then i like to eat.

We didn’t have hot water in our shower, and my husband got sick so we left a day early and the manager refused to refund us for that day.

Location close to shopping area and highway however the room smelled and the bathtub was filthy we had to wash it before taking a shower. TV service kept disconnecting and interrupting. Front desk staff was helpful

The staff is top notch from the manager, all the front desk personnel regardless of the time of day and the gentleman that runs the breakfast. I stayed 14 days so I saw all the employees.

Not a Good Place to Stay
This hotel was just terrible. Rooms wasn’t cleaned at 230 when I arrived. I had to reclean tub and TV would not turn off all nite. Breakfast was just as bad. Most of the equipment wasn’t working.

We checked in to a room that smelled. The bathroom tub had a ring around it, the air conditioning leak water on the floor. The website said the pool would be opened, it wasn’t. They was suppose to have bagged breakfast due to Covid. That wasn’t done. A car was vandalized in the lot, I watched my car all night hoping that wouldn’t happen to mine. The rooms need updates. No use of complaining. I’m sure they know about those rooms and all the defaults. I spayed and cleaned the shower myself.

this was just a place to spend the night with a dog in tow.... but we liked the clean room, with its vinyl flooring.... easier to clean up dog food spills, and smells soooo much nicer. We liked that we were put on the bottom floor, near the exit, so our dog could come and go easily.... made us all more comfortable. The lady on the desk when we arrived was sooo nice.... loved comparing our animal stories! Only negative really is that after we left, we got a call on our cel phone asking if we had paid the dog fee (which we had, in cash... but neglected to get a receipt)..... we always got a pet receipt thereafter on our trip.

Awful Place!
Horrible marijuana smell throughout. Loud, party crowd all night long. Not very clean. Bed not comfortable. Will NOT stay again or recommend to anyone!
