Cbeck in was great. Room was clean. Later in the evening we asked for an extention of time for check out. It was granted. I had stayed at this hotel in Nov.2013 and the service and checkin was great. When I went into the room that night, it was chilly. I waited a few minutes and it never got any warmer. I called the desk and the gentleman came up and helped me transfer to another room. He was awesome. It was the friday evening after Thanksgiving. He was really busy, but he took the time. I will stay here every time I am in the area!

This was a horrible stay. The rooms stunk, the toilet was stopped up and there were roaches.

Good place for an over night stay while traveling

We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay the night traveling back home. The hotel clerk was courteous. I asked for a king room even though the deal was for 2 double beds. Request was granted. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average.

Lack of breakfast foods

Pros: Convenience and quietness
Cons: Plan for extras on holidays. It is not like a holiday comes as a surprise.
Location: Near interstate. Near where we needed to be.
3 slices of bread was all that was available. Sign said there were biscuits in refrigerator, but there were NONE. We were told that because of the holiday, they had run out of food. We had heard that excuse the last time we were there. No sugar-free syrup for waffles.

Overnight Stay - Pet Friendly

We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and had great reviews. The front desk had doggy treats for our furry family member. The outside of the hotel was very well kept and well lit at night. Our room smelled clean and fresh. It did not have that typical "tacky flower scented smoke coverup" smell like other hotel rooms. The linen was clean and the bedding was not your cheesy hotel room comforters. Staff was very welcoming and the Belgian Waffles for breakfast was delicious! We were very impressed with this hotel and will consider staying again for our yearly family trip.

It was ok for 1 night stay. The fridge didn't work and the covers were torn with burn marks. Only thing I liked was that our dog could stay. Will not be staying here again.

Service dog issue

Was not sure why... but had a service dog being placed in a doggie room. A Service Dog is not to be treated the same as a regular dog.
