Lack of breakfast foodsPosted Jan 6, 2014
Pros: Convenience and quietness
Cons: Plan for extras on holidays. It is not like a holiday comes as a surprise.
Location: Near interstate. Near where we needed to be.
3 slices of bread was all that was available. Sign said there were biscuits in refrigerator, but there were NONE. We were told that because of the holiday, they had run out of food. We had heard that excuse the last time we were there. No sugar-free syrup for waffles.

Perfect for MePosted Dec 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The room was just perfect for what me and my dog required. Would definitely stay there again

The hotel was OK to get some sleep...but, that was about all. The most disappointing issue was that the main office closed down the continental breakfast 15 minutes early and was very unapologetic about it. "Well, there is still coffee!" What a way to start off your morning! We travel often down to SC from MD. We will never spend another night at a Jameson.

Have had worsePosted Nov 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
The appearance of the hotel and office are A1. Did not like our particular room. We chose the hotel because pet friendly. That may be why we did not get the best room. I believe it is a good hotel but we just got the room that was due an upgrade. We booked two nights but only stayed one. We just were not comfortable in the room. Price is very reasonable though. Staff was very professional. Location was just fine.

Weekend getawayPosted Nov 11, 2013
My fiance and I stayed here over the weekend. It is close to I-95 and a short drive to downtown Wilson. Great hotel for the price. Very safe. The hotel staff I interacted with were excellent and very willing to help with any issues (i.e., getting a coffee pot, changing a smoke detector battery). I would recommend it.

Great hotel for the price.Posted Oct 24, 2013
Would definitely stay there again when driving through the area. Perfect stop for a long road trip and everything seemed new, clean, safe, and kid friendly.

Truly a Pet Friendly InnPosted Oct 21, 2013
Pros: I will say this in one word ----- Everything
Location: Plenty of quality restaurants especially that cute 50's style diner called Maid Rite Diner.
Many establishments claim to be pet friendly yet they have " no area to walk your babies" " can't leave your dogs by themselves at any time" and here's the best" if your dogs bark and disturb other guests you must leave" . But here at the Jameson Inn it's all about your babies, they even have little dog treats at the reception desk!! As far as the staff - the nicest, attentive and respectfully staff. The room was crystal clean as well as the bathroom
