Location and staff were great but beds weren't comfortable and the additional charge for a balcony was misleading, it is a full length "balcony" to access all the upper floors. Light bulbs were burnt out and could not find a remote for the old tv. The facility was clean.

Clean hotel close to "down town" Estes

Posted Jul 1, 2015
This hotel was in need of updating, but very clean, which I think is most important. The staff were very friendly even at a busy check in time. The whole feel of the area is very safe and relaxing. Everyone abided by the 10pm quiet time. It was all carbs for breakfast, but was nice to get a bit in your stomach before the start of the day.

Smelly room

Posted Jun 30, 2015
Cons: the rooms need new beds and remodeled. It was very dirty.
Our room smelled of dog urine so bad we could hardly sleep. We checked in really late and checked out before the office opened at 7am, so we couldn't talk to the staff. When I called to complain they just took my name and number and never called me back.

Close to downtown Estes Park

Posted Jun 15, 2015
It was a decent hotel for the price. Antime you turned on the water or flushed the toilet while in the shower you lost water pressure and the shower turned off. Beds were very hard. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Nettes Hotel am Ostrand von Estes Park

Posted Jun 8, 2015

Very good value

Posted Jun 2, 2015
Pros: The staff and the cleanliness--I think it is one of the best values in Estes Park.
Cons: The size of the shower and the layout of the bathroom
Location: Rocky Mountain National Park, horseback riding, go-carts, mini golf, shopping,
Check-in time is at 4:00, but our room was ready so we were able to get into our room early. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The design of the room was funky, with the sink next to the TV, but we had windows that opened on the front and the back walls which gave us nice fresh air as well as great views.

High hopes dashed, again and again.

Posted May 26, 2015
Pros: It's near RMNP.
Cons: The ladies working there were very nice, but just about everything else should go.
Location: The RMNP is great during the summer months.
The Tv wasn,t working, the place was old and poorly maintained, with cheap facilities, threadbare sheets and builder grade carpets. We stayed two days, stopped back midday to freshen up for lunch , only to discover the room still unmade and the toilet broken. It was a disappointment. Manager pointed out, "We have no controlover (a broken water main), but that was just the last straw. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

We left and went to a different hotel.

Pros: Not a single thing.
Terribly outdated. There was nothing in the room that was less than 20 years old and the bed was so low that at first I thought that the box spring was directly on the floor.
