wouldn't mind going back

Room was clean, service was good but the scenery wasn't so great. Breakfast was kind of on the poor side. The jacuzzi was a plus. very quiet a great place for anyone trying to relax. Overall I would recommend if you are trying to stay for a few days but not weeks.

It was OK

Checked in late, so I had to pick up the key from the mailbox. The hotel looked pretty old, especially from inside, but it was clean. I could say it's Ok, if you are just sleeping there.

Like going back in a time machine

The hotel was probably built in the 1950's or 60's and with the exception of a microwave and small refrigerator in each room, it probably hasn't seen any major (or minor) renovations since it was built. The bathroom was probably the smallest I have ever used. The shower was so small that you couldn't even towel off in it. If you want a good example of how hotels were built 50 years ago, this is it. The staff were friendly and nice, the pool and hot tub were o.k. but the continental breakfast was basically cellophane wrapped muffins and sweet rolls with some bottled juice and coffee. Overall, if you can spend the extra $10 - $20/night to stay somewhere else nicer, then you should go for it. If this is the only place in town with a vacancy, then it will work for you but when you check out, if you were like me, you will not feel you got your money's worth.
