Pleasantly surprised with cleanliness and condition of the room.Appears that the bathroom was recently renovated..even had a phone and heat lamp in the bathroom!Complimentary breakfast including waffles and scrambled eggs was very good.Liqour store and restaurant just steps away...would certainly stay there again.

The Refrigerators in the room need to be bigger. We stayed for 1 week and the space in the refrigerator was not good.therew needs to be more closet space also.

We felt like the motel was clean and comfortable. Stayed 1 night. Desk Checkin was very friendly and accomadating.

Clean and comfy, older property so don't expect 4 stars. A great breakfast and very attentive staff. Close and convenient downtown Estes and to RMNP. We would stay here again.

The host was very nice. Good breakfast, but they need new beds and pillows they were not very comfortable.

Wifi wouldn't work. Staff incompetent. "Hot tub" and area was messy and unkept.

We were very glad NOT to be in the busy tourist part of Estes Park on the 'main drag' - Hwy.36! The Breakfast was excellent in a lovely new room of the motel. The motel room was very dark - needed brighter lightbulbs, or better lighting. Not sure if the rug has ever been replaced or updated in 40 years!!

we had a great time and no complaints. we would stay there again. loved the breakfast also
