“Better than what I was expecting.”

We had two rooms here. They were spacious & clean.

“Very good Estes Park value”

A basic clean, comfortable room. Just be aware that when you turn off the entryway light switch, it turns off all the electricity in the room including the refrigerator.

“Quaint”

Hotel was older 60's style but was kept up well and had a beautiful view of the mountains and easy access to downtown, the park and other activities. Rooms were average sized rooms but were very clean and other guests were quiet and the walls aren't paper thin.

“Nice surprise”

For the price, this hotel is a great bargain. Clean, comfortable beds, very friendly service. For one or two nights stay, this is the place!

“Great location & accomodations”

The hotel is in a good location. The back rooms have a very good view of the mountains. It was quiet and clean. The staff was very helpful and worked to satisfy the customer. We needed to change rooms to a first floor from the second floor and they found us a room for the next night and had it cleaned and ready for us early that morning.

“Good value hotel”

The room was simple but spacious. The room had a TV, fridge, coffee maker, 2 kings, large bathroom and a nice view of the mountains.

“Great location!”

We went at the peak of the season. The hotels we normally stay at were booked. There were very few rooms left in town. This is a very run down hotel, but it was very clean inside the room. The location is excellent. If we run into the same situation again I would stay at this hotel.

“Basic but comfortable accommodations”

This is not a particularly fancy hotel, but it's clean and comfortable, the location is good, and the prices are reasonable. We would have no hesitation staying there again on a subsequent visit to Estes Park and are happy to recommend it to others.

“Not luxury, but fine for us.”

This Travelodge was not fancy, but it worked for us (2 adults, 2 school-aged kids). The beds in our room were full sized not queen, but this was ok for us since we are not large people. There was a small table and 2 chairs, and windows that open on both sides of room (nice cross breeze) and in the bathroom. The bath was small without a useful vanity for storing stuff, but there was a shelf over the sink under the mirror. Our room had a small refrigerator and microwave. Free breakfast every day was simple: cereal, danish, muffins, toast, milk, coffee, juice. Some rooms have balconies facing the mountains. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The hotel wasn't full when we stayed there so I don't know how noisy it would be if it were full; I did hear an upstairs neighbor get up during the night. In summary if you want a big luxury room then stay somewhere else, but this place was clean and comfy enough for us.

“Nice hotel with pretty mtn view”

Had a nice time there-could see mtns and elk from our window! Not the fanciest hotel, but it certainly worked for us that weekend.
