“A Room with a River”

This is a great place to stay. Paula is very solicitous and helpful. The room we had, #2, has two queen beds, a fireplace, and a balcony overlooking the Fall River. We just got back from a four night stay enjoying the last of the snowshoeing for the year. I highly recommend it!

“Gorgeous property”

the Fall River runs right through the property. The rooms and cabins are cute and clean. Family run Inn and they are eager to answer questions about Estes Park. They gave me very good recommendations for restaurants and told me about a free day in RMNP. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my family and friends.

“Great location for fishing”

We stayed in October 2009. The convenience for fishing was great...my husband caught some nice trout in the river right outside our room. The room had "lodge" decor (but there were a few older pieces that didn't match the newer items). The wood burning fireplace made for a very strong smell as soon as we entered the room. It was just older than I was expecting and we had trouble getting a WiFi signal. We would probably stay again just because my husband was impressed with the fishing. The staff that runs the hotel was very helpful...they even jump-started our car one morning when the battery went dead.
