clean and comfortablePosted Nov 24, 2014
Stay there one night, it is clean, comfortable. Though room is not big, but have everything you need. The most important is very clean.

Very nice budget conscious motelPosted Oct 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
Nice clean room and bathroom. Appreciated the fridge and microwave, and the bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. Only suggestion would be to find a way to cover the TV wires and cables so they don't show (a temptation perhaps for a child to pull on them) and put a couple more electrical sockets in the room so not so many things are plugged into one outlet.

Traveling throughPosted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: It was clean and roomy and owner was pleasant.
Cons: Maybe some updates to the exterior of the building.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable for being older. We stayed one night as we were traveling through. I was a little worried when we pulled into the parking lot because of the age of the place but it was spotless inside. Noise from traffic was a little bit annoying but tolerable.

Noisy, you get what you payPosted Oct 8, 2014
The room is clean but it is too noisy as it is one the side of main traffic. Also, the mattress is too soft for us.

Good & affordablePosted Oct 7, 2014
Location: Only a few miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. A short drive to the many restaurants and shops in Estes Park.
We just needed a place to sleep while exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and this place was both nice and affordable.

great valuePosted Oct 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
Although the hotel was a little dated, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the location was great. I would definitely stay there again.

stay3Posted Sep 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
Overall the stay was good and quiet. Shopping for items close by as well as restaurants. There were a few things that the owners need to pay attention to in the "family unit". Maintenance and comfort. Second room has no AC so it was very uncomfortable. A ceiling fan would have been a plus in there. The refrigerator freezer wasn't working. The Futon matress and cover was worn and uncomfortable. There were a lot of high penalty fees if you did not do the job of the maid.

Loved it!Posted Sep 21, 2014
Location: Quaint mountain town with lots of shopping; Jeep tour over Trail Ridge; movie in a 101 year old theater.
We were thrilled when we walked in and saw the beautiful fireplace. We also enjoyed the hot tub under the pine tree. Everything about Peak to Peak Lodge was wonderful.

Small but good hotel away from the middle of townPosted Sep 18, 2014
Pros: Quiet location.
Location: close enough to Estes Park to go to eateries or get groceries. The riverwalk in town was very nice.
This smaller hotel had nicely updated rooms, with good working wifi. No breakfast was the only thing missing. Parking was somewhat tight, but it worked OK. Recommended.
