Hotel in mountain resort town

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Facility is in need of repairs. Sidewalks crumbling, bathroom door damaged, phone did not work, shower curtain had mildew, grounds unkept and overgrown. The beds were fine and clean. We had a three night reservation. If we could have found a vacancy elsewhere we would have changed hotels. 100 $ is WAY overpriced.

Awful

Posted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Good location
Crappy. No coffee maker. No hair dryer. Shower didn't work. Full beds, not queens. Smelled bad. Didn't have my reservation on file. Had vacancy and now we know why.

I'm happy. You get what you pay for.

An easy walk to downtown. So good location.

Good place for the value although we had to switch rooms because the headboard was broken in our first room.

Its a old hotel but it was clean. Needed some work

Posted Aug 20, 2013
Pros: Close to downtown and affordable
Cons: They need to do some maintence and get the pool opened. In the summer that would be a very nice feature
The staff was friendly and the room was clean just older. Needed some repair on door lock but it is close to everything and affordable. Just not fancy

Shopping was close by

Posted Aug 19, 2013
Pros: Price (we went mid-week) and it was close to local shopping.
Cons: Customer service, the lady who checked me in was not nice and I felt like I was imposing on her.
Location: Good location to go walking or eat and pretty quiet.
After the long drive we wanted to watch TV and relax, only basic available on a 15 inch screen and you had to know the TV station numbers to use remote. Hot tub/pool was advertised, but not available during summer. If you are just needing a place to sleep, it's OK.

At least we found a great place to eat.

Pros: Staff was ok.
Cons: Beds really need to be updated.
Location: Location was good. Close to downtown.
Room was outstanding ....back in 1973. Normally a place to put your down is all I need, this was a stretch even for me.
