Convenient locationPosted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Breakfast and snacks, the spaciousness of our room, microwave and refrigerator and safe in the room, sofa!, friendly staff, nice courtyard outside.
Cons: Include door tag requesting housekeeping. Housekeeping had been on our floor but didn't come to our room until after we returned from lengthy absences
Location: Convenient location right off the highway, but roundabout took some getting used to. Not far from MS&T and Cedar Street Playhouse in Rolla
We recently went to Rolla to visit a family member and attend a musical at the Cedar Street Playhouse. The motel we stayed at during previous visits had since closed, so I decided to try Comfort Suites based on customer reviews and a special offer I was able to take advantage of. I was not disappointed with my choice; I'd stay there again. My husband and I were surprised at how spacious our room was. We had a king size bed, a sofa sleeper, a microwave and a refrigerator. Although we didn’t need the sofa sleeper for an additional bed, the sofa was a comfortable spot to sit and read in the evenings. The layout created a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast choices were varied. During our stay the options included omelets, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cold cereal, whole fruit (bananas, apples, and oranges), yogurt, pastries, and some awesome homemade cinnamon rolls (be forewarned - these disappear quickly and aren’t always replenished fast enough for everyone to get one). We arrived late afternoon on our first day and there were snacks in the breakfast area. We were fortunate enough to get a cinnamon roll then, and there were also sandwiches, fruit, cookies, and a crunchy snack mix. We weren’t at the hotel during snack time our second day, so I don't know what was offered then. The hotel staff was friendly and we didn't have any problems during our stay. The hotel was close to the highway, but our room was at the back side of the hotel and we heard no highway noise.

Great hotel just off I-44Posted Jul 26, 2014
We were upgraded to a suite because the toilet didnt work in our first room. The staff was so nice & friendly, especially the breakfast staff and the room maids. Our group has decided to meet yearly & we will return to Comfort Suites.

Everything was great except a hotel full of teen age ball players were a little noisy, but would definitely stay there again.

Overall, everything was good. Was disappointed in the breakfast. They had sausage and biscuits with gravy. The containers they were in were not turned on to heat. Cold biscuits and gravy are awful.

great service but can improve on cleanliness.Posted Apr 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
Room carpet has a dark color but still can see stain and was not very clean in the corner, especially under couch and beds. We happen to drop something and have to look under the couch. We were in for quite an unpleasant smell and mess.
