Grandkids & Nana excellent stay
Clean, friendly staff and a good value. My only problem was the pillows but that’s a personal preference. Highly recommend for family vacation. The full size fridge was a bonus!!

No point getting a suite. The room doesn’t have ac, they use a fan wall. Which is fairly loud. Need some circulation in the bed room.

It looks like you had 1 of our corner 1 bedroom suites. There is an a/c in living area and a in wall fan circulates air into bedroom area. The ends are very quiet but don't have 2 air conditioners, just the 1. Thank you

Very clean property. Nice staff and the room was fabulous. Comfy bed, unlike other hotels that we have stayed at. Free self-laundry and gym. The fellow guests were also very pleasant! Very nice experience.

Our Suite room was checked and found no evidence of bed bugs. We train our staff to monitor our rooms while cleaning them. We also have monitors to help us detect any issues. We have a wonderful pest control service that takes care of us preventing this kind of issue.

WARNING: This property has so much broken it seemed like a practical joke was being played on us. BROKEN OR MISSING: Ice machine, batteries in remote, cabinets falling apart, TVs (OMG don't get me started on how ridiculous their TV situation is - FIVE remotes were in our room & we still went days without one or the other working), blinds would not open, pillows were like round wadded-up balls, sofa completely broken down, bath curtain rod sagging, bedroom door would not latch, lamp not working - I am NOT joking! We had the staff in our room EVERY day (3 night stay!). Absolutely would NEVER stay here again. The only redeeming quality was the staff. They were full of excuses of why the establishment was so run down (owners have a lot of hotels and theirs was next on the list to fix), and they profusely apologized over and over and over (I actually felt sorry for them), and they were completely understaffed. In the end, apologies do not make for a good stay, so absolutely skip this place! You've been warned.

The rooms are in very poor condition. The toilet did not flush, the bedroom door did not close, the TVs did not work. The AC was loud and the vents were very very dirty. On a positive note, the staff has been very polite and welcoming.

Amazing hotel

Property and facilities were well kept and clean in appearance. Had a couple minor issues with our room, outlets for phone chargers not working, bath tub drained slow after a shower, was ankle deep by the time I was clean. Bed bugs were an issue discovered after our 2 night stay.

It took me 30 minutes to check in, and I was the only person there. My key card didn’t work and i went to the desk several times. The person working the front desk was very nice and courteous.

Thank you so much for staying with us. Our pool is not painted blue like most pools. It is a natural stone pool. We explain when asked-if you can see the white pool drains at the bottom the water is clear. We will never open our pool before everything is tested and the chemical levels are safe. The room is a really good size & had everything i needed for the stay. The paint needs to be updated, there were a few dead bugs around the room, & there was a lingering “wet towel” type of smell.

This property is long overdue for updating. Walls and doors are scarred. There was only one bedside table. The sofa in the room was worn and sagging. The bed was lumpy. We won’t be staying here again.

My friends and I came to stay just for a few hours so we could get some sleep after traveling 17 hours from New York. The staff was very accommodating and responded to my request for a later check out time (2pm), which we really appreciated, seeing as how we arrived close to 6am. The only thing that wasn't great was that twice, a staff member came into our room, disturbing our sleep, apologized and left. The first was at about 10am? Not sure why. We were so groggy, we barely registered that someone was entering our room. The next time was around noon, which I'm assuming was because they thought we had missed our check out time even though we were told that our late check out time had been granted. Other than that, we had a good, standard stay. The bathroom was big and clean. The beds were super comfy! We knocked out instantly. I would come back for a longer stay if I ever needed to be in the area again. (:
