Small hotel lovely ownersPosted Nov 4, 2013
It's a convenient place to spend the night in if you are getting a cruise from Cevitavecchia. It is very close to the port and the staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful.

Good value B & BPosted Oct 21, 2013
Pros: The clean, modern room
Location: A seaside town with a large port, lots of restaurants and cafes near the promenade. Pleasant walks on the seafront.
Had a 1 night stay here prior to a cruise and arrived by train from Rome. The B & B is uphill from the railway station and we took a taxi, however the following day walked to the port, an easy walk of about 15 minutes downhill. The staff did not speak much English although seemed friendly and helpful, on arrival we were given a local map of Civitavecchia.

Staff was very helpful even though we arrived very late. They came and opened up the B&B. Also in the morning they gave us a ride to the train station and would not accept any payment for that. They were so nice, friendly and helpful.

Clean and enjoyable stay prior to the cruisePosted Jun 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed one night prior to our cruise and the accommodation and breakfast were excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable but has no windows, and has a good selection of toiletries. Continental breakfast was served by a very nice gentleman with your choice of coffee. What's nice about this place is they will pick you up at the train station if you call them and and also take you to the port the next day- complimentary. This is a very nice service.

Near Cruise Port RomePosted Jan 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was a good place to stay for one night prior to your cruise from Rome. It is less than 1/2 mile from the port. Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. Was very clean. Pretty long uphill walk from the train station thought. Taxis are available from the train station to the hotel.

Small and friendlyPosted Oct 18, 2012
We were surprised when we entered and found no desk. A door opened into a tiny office connected directly to a kitchen. A man in a t-shirt greeted us. After that, we liked everything about the hotel. It was 9 am and he said our room would be ready at 1 pm. He took us outside to show us how to go to find a bank. When we asked about a place to get something to eat, he brought us back inside and served us breakfast, even though we weren't technically registered guests yet. They had the room ready at 11 am. The next day they shuttled us to the port gate. Our only slight problem is that none of them spoke much English. We still managed to communicate and enjoyed our stay.
