"This is a great location and a great property. Great balcony views and extremely comfortable. Less than 5 minutes to the La Palapa Beach Club and a small grocery/liquor store. Rob (the host) was always available and very helpful. Alfredo, our on site person was very helpful too. All in all, a great vacation in a wonderful building."

The unit has everything you could want and the recent decorative and functional updates were great. Just part of how well the unit is so well maintained. "Great place to stay to experience the city of Puerto Vallarta! Communication is great with the Property Owner and Property Manager. Beautiful view, beautiful pool, and very nice condo! The only cons are it does involve walking up hill or up many steps from the beach if you have difficulty walking. Of course, a taxi eliminates any walking difficulties. "The only downside to this property is the shared roof space that anyone can use, it’s a popular meeting spot so it was always full with no seating for the pool even though we were staying there. Property is very nice and updated with a friendly and attentive staff. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again"

I prefer it to someone coming in every day. If you need any extras they will accomodate. You may need to supply some basics for the kitchen. No elevator. Overall, I was very pleased. "Very much an “authentic” Mexican hotel. Some things are quirky, but overall the hotel is well cared for. We found the pool area excellent! Clean, comfortable. The kitchen was okay but the first night we had items stolen. Frustrating! Our room was clean, decent bedding though pillows were pretty flat. Housekeeping and maintenance staff were really terrific—friendly, helpful and attentive. The ground floor patio is lovely! We will likely stay again. Thank you!! "
