We were given a gorgeous room in a part of the hotel that is across the road from the main reception. We were told that our room was one of 10 new suites recently built, and it was gorgeous. Huge round bed with memory foam mattress, decorated with little red chillis and a gently spinning chandelier above. An iPad mini sits on the wall beside the bed with a selection of music playing. We were emailed a few days beforehand to determine what style of music we wanted playing, and what temperature we preferred the room at. Next to the bed we had a jacuzzi corner bath with a rainforest shower above. Breakfast is chosen the previous day via a menu on the door hanger - you tick the items that you want and state the time you would like it, and a lovely member of staff brings it to your room in the morning. There's a good selection for breakfast - bacon, eggs, croissants, toast, jam, cheese and ham etc. Another little extra is the complimentary mini fridge. It's refilled every day with a selection of drinks and snacks. The hotel is in a great location, about a 2 minute walk from the top of the Spanish steps, from which you can reach all the major sights in a maximum of about 20 minutes. Loads of lovely restaurants nearby, like Alla Rampa just next to the steps. Overall a fantastic week spent at Suite Sistina, completely exceeded all our expectations. Wonderful room, comfy bed, great jacuzzi bath, brilliant location. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone!

Smooth check in about noon after an early arrival, very nice staff, check out less than a minute. The lobby area was sparkling with a couple rooms to the side for coffee with tables or relaxing on couches and read or watch TV. The room was ultra modern w minibar and snacks. The bed was a tad hard but the room was great. The breakfast was amazing, fresh pastries a dozen varieties, bowls of fruits, a salad bar, a variety of delicious meats, cereals, eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, pitchers of fresh squeezed orange, grapefruit juice and others. At the table they serve you cappuccinos, or a pot of excellent coffee with heated cream on the side. Also a waiter passes buy with other fresh pastries, cheese. Enjoy your time in Rome!

This is a modern hotel. Our room was large and spacious. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the Termini train station. The neighbourhood is nice with restaurants and shopping (and one museum) nearby. The is a metro station nearby and the Hop on Hop off bus stops nearby. Once you get to know Rome much is within walking distance. We walked back to the hotel from the Vatican in about 30 minutes. There is laundry on site if you are in the middle of a long trip. While the hotel seems to cater to younger travellers, we found it quiet although we visited in December.

The hotel is a high standard luxirious facility. Yet things should be adjusted to make the visitor comfortable according to the expectations from such a hotel.
The bathroom is lacking hangers or shelvs. The table is occupied with products for sale, yet there's no katle and cups for tea & coffe. This could be anice treat in December.
There's no option to use towels more than a day and to help the ecology of the world. All and all these are small points yet very nice to be considered at such a hotel.

Hotel is just over the river, slightly out of the city centre but very close to the Vatican.
You can walk to the centre of Rome in around 20 minutes, we found it nice to be away from the centre as it seems very noisy with lots and lots of traffic and everyone honking their horns !!
