"Great four star hotel, quiet in a good location."
Location is perfect close to termini, trains, metro, buses to Fora, shops and more than enough restaurants to suit all tastes and prices.
Ambience is quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Hotel offers a free mini- bar and tea and coffee all day in the lounge area,as well as drinks on arrival. Breakfast good enough to set you up for a days sight-seeing and the roof top restaurant provides a nice spot for dinner or a pre dinner drink admiring the view.
Staff are helpful, professional and understand customer care.
Room was quiet, clean, modern, comfortable and just to repeat quiet.
Price was very reasonable for 4 star hotel with all the above facilities.
I would use the hotel again and would recommend to family and friends.

My husband and I recently took our honeymoon in Rome and we couldn't have picked a better place than Gran Melia. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They even went out of their way to surprise us with champagne one evening to celebrate our recent marriage. If we ever visit Rome again, we'll sure to plan our trip so that we stay at the Gran Melia again.

Me and my mom had a great 4 night stay at this well located hotel.
Breakfast is amazing, super kind and professional staff and a very nice design.
Only thing that was a bit annouing is the wi-fi connection - first 24 hours are free of charge, and then, you must pay for your use of wi-fi.
what's the point of paying for 24 hours more if we are not inside the hotel for the whole day?! I find that inappropriate for a hotel like this.
Please take that to your consideration.
