"Great hotel. Lovely stay. 2 blocks from Termini"
The room was ready straightaway. The hostess/signora of the hotel/pensione is wonderful and very accomodating. The location is just two blocks away from Termini and therefore quite convenient when arriving from any area including Fiumicino airport. Snacks are provided every morning and the daily cleaning service was great. The room and bathroom are a good size considering that in Italy hotel rooms and bathrooms especially are smaller than in the U.S. Quite happy overall and would recommend to those in need of an affordable place to stay!!

"Excellent budget hotel"
I've stayed here twice, both times for a single night before catching a flight, and I was very satisfied. The hotel is very clean and Paolo, the owner, went out of his way to help me. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay here again. The hotel can be a bit tricky to find, since the sign is not very big, so it's a good idea to check a map first. Also, be aware that the hotel is on the fourth floor (there is a very small lift) and that the wi-fi is unreliable in some areas. Payment is in cash.

"Boune Vacanze"
We arrived very late but were greeted with warm hospitality from the apartment owner who patiently explained every detail about nearby attractions, where we could still get food, which made us feel right at home. By the way, the Bye Rome apartment beside Boune Vacanze is owned by the same person. Location was great, approximately 5 minutes walk from the main Roma Termini, and within walking distance to all major Rome city attractions, such as Colosseum. The rooms and amenities provided were great - we were almost amazed we got such a room at this price. Room is clean and huge, with a separate area holding sofa and mini fridge. Security was also excellent, we need to pass through 3 locked doors before entering our room (4th door). And trust me, you would want this as we felt insecure the moment we stepped out onto the main street, with the street muggers looking on like you are a piece of meat for them to devour. Nothing bad to say, only endless praises for Nicole for her warm hospitality to assist us with our trouble with the lockers and additional requests that were beyond her scope.

"Excelent value-price and location hotel!!"
The place is great! I really recommend it for young-singles at least, but it might be also very good for everybody. Location is excelent, 2 blocks away from Vatican museums and 10 minutes walk from downtown.. Rooms are very comfortable and private bathroom very good and clean. Wi-fi included. Breakfast for me was good, but it could be a little more complete. However I had free self service in the kitchen throughout my stay for drinks or food. Really good. The most important thing I remark is the owner´s service and kindness. Complimenti Gabriele, buon lavoro! All in all for the price you pay, you get an excelent value. The best choice for enjoying Rome!

"Good Hotel, Good Location, Good Price"
The man who works at the front desk is very nice. Every evening he made some sort of joke about having spaghetti for breakfast the following morning. My girlfriend and I are in our early 20's and we were able to walk from the hotel to any part of Rome with ease. It is approximately 2 miles from the hotel to the Vatican but there is so much to see between the two points that you don't even notice. I would suggest taking at least two days to see all of the major attractions in Rome. In one day we went from the hotel to the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, the Vatican Museums, the Sistene Chapel, St. Peters Basilica, St. Peters Square, Castel Sant'Angelo, the Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain. In the second day we did Santa Maria in Maggiore, the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, the Roman Forum, the Trojan Column and the Trevi Fountain again, but at night. If you had three days I would suggest making the Vatican Museums and St. Peters Basilica a whole day. IT IS DEFINITELY WORTH THE FIVE EURO TO WALK THE 551 STEPS TO THE TOP OF THE BASILICA. The view from the top is amazing, you can see out over all of Rome. Bathroom was cleaned daily. Breakfast was the same every day but good, and it allowed you to eat as much as you wanted so you would be set until late in the afternoon. Hotel is on the third floor of the building, he gives you a key to the street door in case you are out in the city until late like we were. Only thing that wasn't great was the beds, they are a little hard.

"True value in Rome"
We were given cream cheese, bread, milk, juice & more for breakfast in our room. Whatever questions we had, we emailed & were promptly answered. The couple renting out the apartments are so nice & really concerned about their guests comfort. We learned the Metro tho we were within walking distance of all the sights, including the hip section of Serpetini road where we will dine during our return the end of the month. For a really deluxe experience try the 1 bedroom apartment incl washing machine & balcony which my sister had. Near grocery store...only downside was that cleaning wasn't incl.
